Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Chicopee

If I could give zero stars I would. Went for lunch with a party of 2. Waited a good 30min before they took my order for lunch, another 15min for my drinks before sitting and waiting another 25min for are food. That's not even 2nd party. 2 adults and 4 kids. My shake was like soup. Food was sitting cooked and done on counter waiting to be served so we got it cold. Other people inside had same problems waiting for ever for there food and no workers new who's food was who's. I don't know who manages or owns this place but workers didn't have a clue what they where doing, moved in slow motion, didn't talk. No friendly communication or greeting. No motivation what's so ever. I think this is an owner or management problem for sure. I can't see this place staying open operating like this. I haven't been to Dairy Queen in over 20 years. When I lived in Texas we went there often. I was craving a carmel sundae and so was my Aunt so I decided to search and Dairy Queen was still open and had them. I used their drive through window late on a Friday night about a hour before they closed. They were busy but moving the orders quickly. I ordered 2 large carmel sundae's and saw that they had onion rings on their menu. We love onion rings but they are not so good at most places. First off, the onion rings were amazing! Nice fat onion rings coated in a crispy batter that was not overly greasy and tasted fresh. These are the best onion rings I've had in many years. What a wonderful surprise. 0 Stars for this place! Arrived with my 3 kids and had another party, of 2, accompanying us. We waited over 30mins to get fast food. No communication, no leadership from the gm, no organization, nothing! It was a train wreck. While waiting, I saw my order and another's order sitting there. The kid behind the counter was high or something cause he never bothered to notice it was there and disappeared a lot. No expediter to control anything. More people were coming in and getting their orders taken while mine and the other lady's were getting cold.
