Dunkin' — Restaurant in Chicopee

This place is absolutely disgusting from the staff to the way food is handled the employees don't change gloves the ovens are never cleaned out and always smoking twice I've seen employees take food service tongs and use them to pick food up off the floor then transfer bacon into a hot holding unit without the tongs being washed rinsed and sanitized if you care about what you eat and who's making it DON'T EAT AT THIS PLACE you might get food poisoning during last summer there were so many house flys in that restaurant they were everywhere including the fly ribbon which was covered with so many dead flies and no one bothered taking them down the management is very racist and they are prejudice people they don't hire blacks the who restaurant has a very nasty smell of old curdled milk don't spend your money at this place I've seen dead flies inside green tea being made and coffee beans inside peoples iced coffee you might wanna get a look at the color of the water after stirring your drink all day with the same spoon I even seen a hand brush used for sweeping crumbs off the sandwich station be used on the floor and then placed on top of a open container of crumbled bacon if you care about your life I wouldn't eat or even drink a coffee out this place the donuts have a nasty after taste of the smell of the...

Just got a coffee and hash browns from there. They gave me the wrong coffee (a plain iced, no cream, no sugar), which I happened to notice and asked to have the correct coffee made (a butter pecan iced, 2 cream 2 sugar). The attendee disappeared for 20 seconds and came back (with the same cup). After asking for a receipt, I noticed they charged me for a large latte ($2 more then my coffee).

That's just getting the food/drinks. Once I took a sip of my coffee, they clearly just dumped a bunch of flavor in, since there is now no mix to it and I get either a sip of butter pecan flavoring (which I almost spit up in my car) or plain coffee. I also don't think they toasted the hash browns at all, as they were a molded pile of shredded mashed taters.

I shouldnt be surprised as this Dunkin has been messing up orders for years now. Finally BJ's re-opened the Dunkin down the street, so this is the last time I'm going to this awful store. Wish I could give negative stars after years of terrible service.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO DUNKIN DONUTS AGAIN. They have lost my two coffees a day business and Starbucks will be my new home. For the third time in the past 2 months I waited over 25 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. To the point where other customers were pointing it out to the manager. I told her I’ve been standing at this window waiting for 25 minutes, to which she responded you need to listen better and pay attention someone else took your food. Afterwards she told me they would remake it then threw a freezing cold bag of food at me. The food I received was cold and both of my coffees were made completely wrong. I understand mistakes happen and they are understaffed, I have been more than patient the past two years. But the unprofessional employees is beyond me.
