I chose to come to Hannoush to buy an engagement ring for the love of my life.

As soon as I walked in and was greeted by Anthony Hannoush, I knew I was in the right place. He was first of all very knowledgeable about the product he sells, but even further than that takes the time to foster a relationship and true connection with the customer.

I told Anthony just a little bit about what I wanted, my budget, and how I intended to pop the question. Not even 15 minutes and I already had the perfect setting and diamond sitting in front of me, at a price well within my budget.

What put the cherry on top for me was that when we went together afterwards to drop the ring off for re-sizing (yes, she said yes!) Anthony remembered what I told him about how I wanted to propose, and that we were already planning on going to the theater the night of - and asked us how we enjoyed the show! It felt like I was not there simply as a customer but as a friend, and that helped round out the entire experience and make it that much more meaningful to what is already a very meaningful moment in our lives.

I have been following Hannoush Jewelers (Memorial Drive, Chicopee) through social media/Instagram for a few months. I initially had come across them via social media and I really appreciated their pieces. Recently, I needed a few small repairs (gold bracelet with a broken clasp and new battery for a Movado).

I went into the store and at that time I met Anthony (at the time I wasn't aware that he was the owner or the individual behind the social media). The level of customer service at that time exceeded and surpassed my expectations. Pricing was extremely fair. One thing led to another, and we discussed a mutual love for watches. I explained that I had had been dreaming/looking for a Rolex for myself. Anthony let me try on his watch etc.

Fast forward - Anthony found my dream watch. His pricing was very competitive. He made the purchase easy, and I felt as if I was being treated like family.
