Maggio's Pizza — Restaurant in Chicopee

I called and placed my order for delivery. Before giving me a time frame for when the food was to arrive or even giving me a chance to speak, the girl who answered the phone told me the total price I owed and HUNG UP on me. Afterwords, I realized that the total price was completely incorrect judging by the MULTIPLE DIFFERENT menus I received within the past month. Plus I order the SAME THING every time. My girlfriend called back to review the order and to make sure there was no mistakes. First she spoke to a male.. Who asked, "WHAT ADDRESS?".. My girlfriend didn't make out what he said and responded, "What was that?" and he the responded rudely, "WHAT ADDRESS?!" This person I later on discovered is the OWNER of Maggios Pizza. My girlfriend is then passed off to the original girl I spoke with in the beginning, who also spoke with no respect to a paying customer. She INSISTED the total was correct. When the delivery guy arrived, he told me that Maggios has had 3 different WRONGLY PRINTED menus in circulation in the past month and insist on charging higher prices. I reviewed both menus and found that there were NO expiration dates of any kind printed anywhere. I sent the delivery guy back with the food and refused to pay after the awful service and OVERPRICED fried food that's completely unhealthy for you anyway.. I'm going to throw some fresh chicken breast on the grill. Only $2.99 a pound!! Give me a break.. Last time i waste my money and my time on Maggios...

I share one star because I called today at 12:15. On their flyer which I received in the mail states their address is 140 exchange street, chicopee, MA 01013. It says express delivery to all of chicopee, parts of Holyoke, springfield, west springfield, & south Hadley. I called. I live 3.5 miles on the same road about 9. minutes from their location. I asked for delivery and two times he told me they do not deliver to me because I’m more than 5 miles?? But yet they deliver to West Springfield? All three numbers on the flyer go to the same person. I am absolutely dumbfounded and glad I won’t be wasting my time or money on such a business. I don’t mind coming to pick it up but my two year olds nap will have to be pushed back, too bad he didn’t offer to even do a discount on coming in store (again less than 9 minute drive) to pick it up. I tip well over $1 which is their minimum and I wanted over $10 worth of food which is their minimum for delivery. Again. Don’t...

I ordered $42.55 worth of food. Everything was ok except for my dish of shrimp scampi. Instead I received chicken ,no shrimp. When I called to get it corrected I was simply shocked. I can hear a man yell at the young lady over and over. I felt bad for her. She offered to take care of my order and would have it delivered in 20 min. I then received a call from the manager "man who yells at employee's". Ohh I am sorry Sir. We did not even have shrimp to make order and it was the young ladies fault. How about I owe you a free shrimp scampi. I called today and was told manager is not here yet, I'll have him call you. Hours have passed by now. I feel like they didn't even care about their staff or me. I don't know if I'll ever order again, and I most likely will tell friends and family...
