McDonald's — Restaurant in Childersburg

This is an honest review, this McDonald's is slow at service sometimes and other times very fast when it gets busy inside they have a lot to do and a lot of people to make food for this causes a little bit of a time stretch for a lot of customers usually abt 10-20 mins at the most BUT if your trying to place a order inside please do NOT STAND BY THE WALL they can NOT see you please stand by the register or make your presence known (had problems like this before trying to order but they had a wall placed there making it harder to order now). The kiosk Is there for situations like that. Also please note when you are in the lobby make sure to actually be a good citizen help "leave it like you found it" BC tbh not many people do and it's kinda sad how some people treat public spaces like they are at home same goes for the bathrooms as well I walk in and BAM place is all in a mess. Service is also kinda a meh but what can you expect from people who have had to deal with bad customers every now and then they look almost defeated some days when I go in there it's truly awful. This is a 100% honest review this place is a 3.5 star spot at the worst and some days it can be an instant 5 stars. Just depends on...

Im done. Im just done. I’ll never go back to this place. They seem nice but everything else sucks. I stop by every morning for breakfast since we opened a new business here in town. The other day they forgot my oatmeal, they forget cream and sugar for my coffee all the time or put it inside when I ask for it on the side. They always forget condiments. I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes instead of three hotcakes they gave me three McGirl buns. They replaced the three hotcakes this morning, but I also ordered a chicken biscuit combo. And I ask for mustard that I did not receive again but on top of that the chicken is literally burnt. I am not exaggerating you guys. I will post the pictures below check it out. So now I get to eat a dry biscuit on top of it being burnt. Never, never, never again. I will be going elsewhere for breakfast every day. 7 days a week. Went through drive thru to take home dinner for family . So I order our meals pay for them.when I get to the pickup window they tell me they have no ice it hasn't been filled but they could go get me 3 cups of ice for my already made drinks this at 730pm mind you. They hand me the drinks and food and I leave to get home to a completely wrong meals even in wrong containers. I ordered the double quarter deluxe meal and got a crispy chicken deluxe instead and bigmac meal bun hard and meat cold, nugget meal cold and way over cooked, the fries were cold and had zero salt on them. I called to complain and she asked if I had my receipt I said. They never offered me one when I paid. I gave her the order she never offered to refund or remake the food.
