UPDATE: I came in again trying to give them another chance. I came in to redeem a five dollar reward card. The girl with the glasses told me that I have to add it through my app. It didn’t allow me so she provided me a different reward card to add to my app. That also didn’t work. She said sorry there was nothing she could do. What is the point in handing out a reward card that you aren’t able to use when the dates are valid and neither the card that I already had or the one she provided did not work. Seriously the worst customer service and I will never come here again! The fact that this location is still open is beyond me! 11/6/24 at 3:20pm. The owner/manager should be embarrassed by their staff and how incapable they are.

I came in to place an order on my lunch. A blonde girl greeted me and stood in front of the register ready to take my order and the other girl told her not to take my order and that both of them were “on break” as the other girl is cleaning the counter and blenders and also stocking the cups and lids. I love the chunky strawberry bowls here and other smoothies, but twice I have come here and they’re out of ingredients for the chunky strawberry bowl or they said they don’t have bowls. The fruits are fresh and the food has always tasted good. I’ve come around 5 pm and even 4 pm and they’ve been out of ingredients. The customer service is good, but it’s a bit frustrating when they’re out of simple ingredients such as fruit and bowls….im sharing an update of my review. I went a few weeks ago on a Monday, maybe around 430 or 5? This is seriously like the fourth time I have come here and they’re out of the chunky strawberry bowl again! I went in a little after 5pm today and there was a young man working. As soon as I paid, he told me it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait. We were the only ones in there and he spent the entire time complaining about working, having to take his break in 30 minutes and getting written up if he didn't take it, how he couldn't help the other girl working because he had to do so much.
