DELIVERY ORDER: Large 2 topping, thin crust pizza, 12pc hot wings. COST (without driver tip): $36.79

I have consumed quite a few pizza slices in my life for literally, decades. Having my first ever as a child at Shakey's in San Gabriel, I was hooked!

This pizza was THE ABSOLUTE WORST I have ever experienced. Two others who shared it also agreed. If, as a child I had experienced this pizza as my first, I would have an aversion to pizza and everyone would think I was weird.

When it arrived, it resembled an old pizza that had been in the refrigerator for over a week. In terms of taste, it however, rivaled the cardboard box it was in.

The garlic parmesan hot wings were satisfactory.

Moral of the story: Don't assume that because you had a good Pizza Hut pizza in the past somewhere that you'll get that same quality at...

Ordered for delivery last night an hour before closing and the pizzas were never delivered, they charged my card but later refunded the money. Called up their today to ask why it was never delivered. I talked to someone claiming to be a manager named Josh, he told me the reason was because I ordered online and when they tried to call my phone it was disconnected, yet that wasn't true I was on the same phone talking to him. Then he went on to tell me it's their policy to call the customers first and confirm their order because it could be a "prank order" even once they charged the card they still think it could be a prank? Sounds to me like some asses need canned up their, that'll be the last time I attempt to order anything from Pizza hut. Oh and on top of it all my son's had their friends at the house for a sleep over, so 6 kids went hrs wonder where their pizza was. But as Josh told me I guess...

I wish I can give 0 stars, this store needs to be put on check by corporate, every time you plsace an order you get a call back claiming there is an issue hoping to get your order canceled, especially if orders are placed prior to 30 minutes before closing. There is a person called Brian who alwyas calls back to make sure this happens, he claims to be a new hire, sometimes a store manager; WHO KNows TBh; but what is known he wants to go home an hour earlier, that is for sure. If you accidentally don't tip the delivery you don't get a notification that food was delivered, and in turn your order will definetley sit at your door until it is not fresh. I extremely recommend not to rely on ordering food from this particular PizzaHut store, sincerely. Other PizaaHut stores had been always...
