Afters Ice Cream — Restaurant in Chino Hills

The ice cream was delectable. However the fact that they would rob money out of us is matter I take seriously. The cup looked okay for one scoop but when we looked at the bottom the bottom was elevated to almost half of the cup! This was something we did not expect and something we want to make clear for future customers. I also want to complain about the customer service the service was unenjoyable due to the fact that while observing the two girls there they where talking and had faces like they didn't want to be there. I understand that late at night you get grumpy but please make an effort to at least make us feel like we are wanted customers there. The cup I might also mention was extremely expensive due to the fact it was 5.50 for one scoop after conducting research we have concluded these prices are extremely expensive due to the fact that other ice cream shops have a price way lower and much more ice cream than this place. I would come back but just because the ice cream is extremely delectable making it the only good factor from this...

Customer service doesn't exist here or just bad business practices. If you are open, then say you don't serve cones (ran out [of waffle) and no shakes because you are closing in 45 minute. Sounds like a partial opening. No longer allowing tasting (new flavor -matcha berry??? The partial but full opening - I don't get this! There were 20 people outside (at tables) drinking shakes and people still coming in. But its more convenient for the the staff to start cleaning early so at closing time they would just go home. They said they had to start cleaning because closing in 1 hour. -THEN SAY YOU ARE CLOSED don't fake like you are open (partially).. online says you are OPEN assumption is full menu. We’ve stopped in a few times, always later in the evening. At that time parking isn’t an issue at all. It’s conveniently located in front of Barnes and noble and close to plenty of outdoor seating. The employees are really friendly and the service is quick. The flavors are so interesting like the salty o’s, and Thai tea. My favorite is triple c’s. It’s like a mixed up sundae minus the whipped cream. I like ice cream but rarely finish a scoop because it’s usually just too heavy. This I finish each time and pretty quickly. Kids and husband were quite happy too. Milk and cereal, cookie butter, and a milk and cereal milkshake were theirs. Don’t have pictures, ate it...
