I went to Starbucks had to use the restroom,it was closed. I went next door to Jersey Mikes, I asked to use restroom. I was told I could not use bathroom unless I bought something. I had a great need to use bathroom. The guy was very very rude. Customers overheard our conversation and shook their heads. I was eventually give the # to enter bathroom. The guy tells,this is the last time. Really, I dont plan on coming back. Can you believe the guy was the manager,his name is Freddy. Bad management. April 12,2022 On way home stopped by to Starbucks to use restroom. Starbucks is under renovation I went next door Jersy Mike"s to use restroom. I asked cashier if I can use restroom, very friendly she directed me to restroom and gave me code for entrance. Very clean facility and friendly staff. Walked in and there was 1 person ahead of me in line. Three employees at the counter. One was cashing out a lady, the other was just standing there waiting for what, I do not know. She just stood there. The third was working the grill. The man in front gave his order to the guy who was working the grill, after I was there for 10 minutes, who knows how long he was there before I came in. I waited 5 more minutes and several more people walked in. After 5 more minutes, the grill guy asked the customer that was after me, if he could help her.

Really? I walked out, and took my $45 order to the Chino Hills Jersey Mike's. Who greeted me upon entering, and every employee acknowledged my presence.

Drive time to get there was 4 minutes, and 3 minutes to be served and paid for my food. 7 minutes!

Vs waiting 20 minutes at the Chino on Central location and leaving with nothing!
