Starbucks — Restaurant in Chino

This is my number one Starbuck. I love when I get excellent customer service and my good Ice Caramel Machiatto. I come here because Haley, Daisy, Kayla, Maria, Amanda and the two Maribel are great Baristas. They make me feel like VIP. What impresses me is that this girls are very young but they are friendly, helpful , polite, respectful, professional and always have a big beautiful smile. I ordered inside, it was very busy at the time. Probably a lunch rush. Unfortunatly my order was missing my sandwich. I'm not sure what happened but I told batista who made me a new one which took an extra 15 minutes. There was several other customers who had missing items from their orders as well. The batista were friendly and helpful but to just leave orders on the bar without anyone making sure customers received what they ordered...
