Subway — Restaurant in Chino

Extremely disappointed in this location. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready and an expected time. My husband goes to pick up the food and we were accused of ordering from a different location at first. When I confirmed that we had indeed ordered our food from this location, the female cashier proceeded to pretend that she had just received our order. My husband asked if she could hurry with our order since we had ordered some time ago. She then proceeded to tell my husband that she would take her sweet time with our order if she wanted. She then tells my husband that she is going to call HER husband, whom she alludes to being a gang member, to come and beat him up if he doesn't leave.

My husband simply asked for a refund since the sandwiches weren't ready on time and she refused and we were threatened.

I also called the location, hoping to speak to a manager and the phone rang for about a minute before someone answered the call and immediately hung up. I called again and the second time it only rang twice before they hung up on me. The last time I called, the phone was just off the hook.

UPDATE Had the block the idiot from the restaurant that i was referring to because she actually took the time to go on my social media platform to try to reach me. How about next time use that same energy for better customer service

I recently went last Tuesday to order ahead for a corporate event the following day. What is the point of Subway mailing out coupons when half the stores don't accept them and you have to jump through hoops at other stores to use them? I frequent this location and bypass 2 other stores closer to me because this location accepts coupons. Went in today to use a buy 1 get 1 free foot long and after making the sandwiches found out that the store couldn't accept my coupon. The cashier tried to enter in the code and it wouldn't work. A manager was called over and they couldn't input the code. I was charged full price for both sandwiches when the only reason I went in to begin with was because of the coupon.
