Taqueria La Pasadita — Restaurant in Chino

Cute little place. Parking lot was packed but nobody was at the restaurant. The parking lot was full from patrons of the medical center across the street. It was "taco Tuesday" & the sign in the window said the tacos were $1.40 each. I ordered 1 chicken taco & 1 beef to go. I was charged $5.38 for tacos but I figured what the heck & didn't say anything. The lady was nice & the tacos looked authentic, so I was excited to try them. I was so disappointed. NO FLAVOR. I couldn't even taste the meat. My beef taco turned out to be pork. The red sauce & green sauce were so bland. No salt, no pepper, no onion or garlic or cilantro flavoring. Saw this little taco stand in Chino. Stopped by and got some tacos as the window had a sign posted $1.40 per taco on Tuesday. Got 4 asada tacos and they were the small street style. Meat was tender and not dry. Served with lemon slices and radish slices. Was still hungry so I got a ceviche tostada which came with two shells and shrimp ceviche on a plate. Was good but the shrimp cleaning was a little lacking and the lemon brine was very heavy. I must say, those were the best hard shell tacos I have had in years. Listen to this three excellent hard shell tacos rice and beans $6.99! You can't find bad food for that price LOL! Anyway not a fancy place it is a drive-thru it does have a patio I could just got to sit outside.
