Negative stars. I went for a walk with my husband, decided to stop and get KFC, mind you I LOVE KFC in fact I used to work at a KFC a few years ago I've never had such bad service here before today, I walked in 12/11/17 at 7:40 pm there were MANY people working NO customers at the drive through yet NO customers other than I and my husband inside. There was a younger female employee in a black shirt sweeping the floor in the eating area (who clearly saw me and I know this because she looked me dead in the face did not greet us or say a word just kept sweeping), a young woman in a blue shirt blowing her nose into a brown napkin, and a guy employee eating a chicken thigh off a brown napkin on the counter behind the packing station, I waited at the register counter for someone behind the counter to notice me or for the girl sweeping the floor a few feet away from me to walk behind the counter to help or to take my order. A few minutes go by, they see but continue ignoring The fact I'm there till The girl who blew her nose hears a drive through customer come up and immediately starts packing an order without washing her hands, the girl sweeping the floor springs to action to take down the drive through customers order at the register, also with out washing her hands while the guy blissfully eatings his chicken thigh just stands there eating while I'm still waiting. About 9 minutes pass till a very nice older man in a red shirt who I'm assuming is the manager whom ive seen before and have only had good sometimes slow but always good service from, he looks like he just got off his break he hurrily walks up to the counter and asks if I need help, and after seeing what I just saw, there was no way I was eating food packed by employees who pretend like I'm invisible, clearly dont care and have never heard of sanitation. I tell him "sorry but I'm going somewhere else the service here is implorable. Thank you though." I will be wary of going to eat here when I see these certain employess with complete lack of customer service and no notion or knowledge of the sanitation...
Read moreThis is a positive review for Ramiro an employee at KFC who assisted me in an order. He was polite and demonstrated good work ethic. Also would like to add that I was treated just the same as a customer even though I was not; I was a driver for a pick up order and he still treated me polite. The reason why this is so important, is because sometimes employees do not treat us the same just because we are a driver. Nonetheless, Ramiro is a good example of an employee that understands that we are potential customers that may come back simply because of how we felt we were treated when we visited the restaurant. So Ramiro, I gave you a positive review because you deserve it. And I encourage anyone reading this that if you see good in people, take the time to thank them and appreciate them. Read moreOrdered a fill up deal and a "go cup" with tenders at the drive thru. They handed me a bag and said "here you go", so I left. Got around the corner and checked the bag and was missing the tenders go cup. Turned around and back through drive thru letting them know I was missing tenders. "Oh ok, it'll be three minutes to cook the tenders". So they just didn't have them cooked and didn't let me know when I was there - just figured I'd drive away without them? Instead, how about letting the customer service show a little and tell me before I drive away the first time! And before they bag the hot mashed potatoes next to the coleslaw and have me wait for another few minutes while you cook chicken just let me know you're not ready. Simple.
