Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Chippewa Falls

I ordered 1 sandwich via the app because I was running late and needed to get a quick lunch. Needless to say there wasn't much for quick involved. I got to the store 10+ minutes after placing my order even though my order still didn't show it was ready. I waited in the store for anouther 10+ minutes and no update. Meanwhile people walking in off the street were placing orders and getting their sandwiches before mine was ready. 35 minutes after placing my order I walked up to the counter and they got my order for me. The team has got to do better than that. I know it was Friday and at lunch but the first in first out ordering system needs to be evaluated at this location for app orders. This has happened to me twice now. I order food around 4:50. It said out for delivery at 4:58, and being that my place is within 10 minutes of the store I was getting a little concerned when minute 25 came and went. I checked the tracker, and it said my food had been delivered. I opened my door there it was sitting there. No knock nothing. I had specifically asked them in delivery instructions to knock after the last time this happened. The food had clearly been sitting there for a minute as the sandwich was not fresh at all. Walk up to the counter and order a number 13 in a 16 in size, and they read me my order back wrong. Tell them again, they say they got it. I get an 8-inch sub handed to me. I'm irritated but I tell them that's fine I'll take it. Go out to the car and discover it's a number 16. I go back in in to fix the problem they charge me to get a number 13 added to the one that I didn't want. Oh, and my wife asked for her sandwich to be cut in half and it wasn't cut. Pitiful customer service, like you ask me to add on what I wanted to an order I didn't want? I didn't even have the energy at that point to flip out or make a scene at that point.
