Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Choctaw

Terrible service. I placed an online order and it should have been ready by 4:19pm at the latest. I get to the window at 4:18pm and was told that my crazy puffs would not be ready for another 10 minutes and to pull around and wait. I waited the 10 minutes and pulled around and no one answered the drive through speaker. After waiting a few minutes I pulled directly to the window and waited another few minutes before finally yelling through the open window asking for someone. Someone finally came to the windows after I yelled 3 times for help, said "just one minute, sir" and walked back off before I could say a word. I waited another minute and finally someone came and gave me the order that was supposed to have been ready 15 minutes prior. Except they didn't give me the entire order, only half. I had to tell them I had more and they finally looked and gave me the rest of my order. To make matters worse, I checked the crazy puffs and they were burnt and cold. They were most certainly not fresh. This was a ridiculous experience. The store only had 1 elderly customer the entire time I was waiting that extra 15 minutes and one other drive thru order that also was told to pull around and wait. They were not busy so I can't comprehend why I had to wait an extra 15 minutes after when it should have been ready for my online order and to get part of it burnt and cold when I was told it's what I was waiting on. Every time I order online from this location and pickup at the time it says I still have to wait at least 10 minutes on average. This has happened over multiple trips and...

They get a 1star because I didn't want someone to think I forgot to hit the star ratings. This place employs scam artists! Order the Deep Deep Dish for $8.88 they tell the unsuspecting customer there two pizzas in the box the total $17.76 ! I called the manager and got nothing but a hard time. I wasn't wanting anything for free but I expected to be reimbursed for my loss. The manager says were not authorized to get money back. I was told I could come and get a free pizza and took my name. But it's not a free pizza I've already paid for it! So I go to get a pizza a few days later and I ordered the same thing the same way and they tried to do it again! I couldn't believe it! I told the manager right then and the person tried to deny it. Then I gave them name and explained the deal a few days earlier and was told my name wasn't written down anywhere!

This place sucks! Terrible people! Terrible management! Pizza is way too greasy anyway!

Save yourself some misery go to pizza hut or Marcos....

I called my order in because I wanted it to fresh and I didn't want to sit and wait for them to make it. I ordered a Deep Pan Supreme with Jalapenos and a Cheese Pizza. They told me it would be 30 minutes. I got there right at 30 minutes and they told me that my Supreme wasn't in the oven yet but the Cheese Pizza was done. I ask if they remembered to put the Jalapenos on it and the girl said yes. I also ask if they could put Garlic butter and Cheese in the crust on both Pizzas and they said sure no problem.So I went a head and paid and sat down and waited for the pizzas. When the guy brought the Pizzas to the counter he in formed me that they forgot to put the Jalapenos on my Supreme Pizza but I could have them on the side or a order of bread sticks. I took the bread sticks and left. When I got home and opened the pizzas I realized they didn't put the Garlic butter or cheese on either Pizza. I could understand if they were busy but I was the only one there. I won't go back. That place...
