I normally don't/won't post poor reviews on places, giving them the benefit of the doubt. I also say that in general I love Sonic. This location is one of, if not the absolute worst service locations (consistently) for Sonic that I have ever been to. (And I have been to a bunch of locations in this state and Texas). The latest order just happened a few minutes ago. I attempted to order using the app but it said it was not available for the location. I then arrived at the location at 3:40 pulled in to an open spot and pressed the red order button. Several minutes later a voice finally came on and said we are only doing drive through. I responded, there are 5-6 other cars here eating. No response. I left the spot and got in the drive through at 3:45. With two cars ahead on me, needing to order. I got to the order menu and have my order at 4:00. The prices were full price. I asked if it was happy hour or not, no response. I preceded to the window to pay and asked why I didn't get the happy hour price and the young man said it was after happy hour time. I explained that I was there will before happy hour ended and your lack of service is the reason that it is "after happy hour" even though it wasn't when I ordered. My point is the customer should never be penalized for your poor service. On top of that I got an incorrect receipt.
This is typical ff this location and it's sad because it is the closest location to downtown Choctaw. Hoping someone will take notice and take pride and fix the many problem at this location.

Read moreThe manager on duty tonight, 01/29/2024 (short, Caucasian, male, 40's, glasses) is incompetent & has terrible customer service.
I ordered mozzarella sticks & a slushy through the app. When I arrived after waiting about 15 min for my order, I was informed by the carhop that they didn't have marinara. I asked for a refund as I don't eat them without. She said she would ask her manager and took the food back with her. After waiting another 15 minutes for her to return with a response or a refund receipt (all while my newborn is crying), I pressed the red button and asked for a manager.
The manager answered and said he'd be right out. I asked him (very frustrated) what was going on with my refund. He rudely responded that he had already put the refund through. I asked if anyone was going come out to tell me that or provide a receipt and he walked off saying "you're not going to yell at me!" Was I irritated at the situation and lack of communication, of course, but I definitely wasn't yelling at him. I never received a refund receipt, so who knows if I'm actually getting my money back. As a manager, you have to be able to handle customer complaints when you're service falls short, without acting like the customer doesn't have a right to be upset.

Read moreI pulled up to the drive through at this Sonic, in Choctaw, Oklahoma I ordered a unseated tea with Lemon I'm not supposed to have much sugar. The cup holders in my car are in a very bad place I have a Honda CRZ very difficult to take the lid off tea and rip open this package of sweet n low and try to juggle the drink all the same time well putting in the sweet and low and not spilling it. So as a customer I requested that the sweetener 6 packages to be exact to be put in a drink for me. At my surprise I was told that they won't do that for me that's the only hand drinks out. I replied back to them why not that doesn't make sense you can add lemon to my drink you can add all these different kinds of flavors and make all these different drinks that advertise on Sonics commercials. They make all these different kind of shakes but they couldn't put sweet n low in my drink for me this was just such a monumental task for them to achieve. Now I know I may ask too much of a lot of things sometimes but give me a break we're talking about adding sweetener to my drink at a place that advertise making drinks and specialty drinks at that.
