I really hate to talk negative about any place. Because every person has their own tastes and others may like the food here. But unfortunately I was not one of them. I went there as soon as I got off work one day last week. To get some food and have a drink before I go home. Every Mexican restaurant I've ever went to they have complimentary chips and salsa and cheese sauce. But not this place. It charges you for the cheese sauce. And that's the best thing about going to Mexican restaurant is there cheese sauce. So I paid for the cheese sauce it's $6 for a large. Because I love Mexican cheese sauce. But unfortunately it was not the kind of cheese sauce that I was expecting. It was white creamy cheese sauce and I was not impressed with it. That's okay moving on. So I order a chicken and cheese chimichanga meal. With a Corona. I asked if I could have some tortillas with my meal. They gave me two and informed me that I had to pay if I wanted any more. So I said okay that's fine too is okay. Because I didn't like the cheese sauce anyway so I wasn't going to dip it in the cheese sauce. So the food comes out once again I really dislike this cheese sauce. And the chimichanga mail comes with the cheese sauce poured on top of it. Because I just paid $14.99 for a male I'm going to go ahead and try to power on through it. Unfortunately two bites in and that was enough for the chimichanga for me. So I just figured I'd focus on my rice. So I started with my rice... And quickly learned that it's not to my taste either. But I'm not one of those people that likes to cause a scene at a restaurant or be difficult or anything. Because I understand they're just doing their job it's not their fault. So I just asked if I could go ahead and get the bill and a to go box. I guess maybe he didn't hear me I don't know. Because he brings me the bill but doesn't bring me to go box and then he goes back to the back. So I sit there another 5 minutes thinking maybe he's going to bring me one. But he never comes back but I'm looking about 10 ft away they're stacked up on a rack by the front door so I just get over there and grab my own. Because I'm going to take this full meal home that I just paid for and hopefully somebody else at home will eat it. So I get my food all loaded up and I'm ready to go. I go to the front to pay and soon find out that it was like $30 for one person. About fainted. I got a meal, a beer and what I thought was complimentary chips and salsa. That was not. As well as cheese sauce and tortillas. I once again didn't want to cause a scene so I went and paid for it and I went on home. And somebody at home luckily ate...

We came here because of a glowing TikTok review and left horribly disappointed. The chips were not ok, we got mostly crumbs and some of them were soggy. The “salsa” was tomato juice. No one took our drink order for 15 minutes. We were honestly about to leave, but wanted to try this place. So we ordered our drinks, appetizer, and entrees all at the same time, because we had had enough time to look at the menu before our server came over. Our drinks came. We then waited so long for food, my boyfriend finished his tea and our waitress came to refill that. That was the last time our waitress came to check on us until she asked us if we were ready for the check. Our appetizer and entrees arrived at the same time. The queso fundido was the only thing that we somewhat enjoyed. Everything else tasted canned. It was all so bland and just covered in cheese to hide the fact that it had no flavor. The combo meal was basic ground beef with no seasoning. The tamale was the most edible item on that plate. The chile relleno was gross and the “fajita chicken” looked like boiled chicken with absolutely no flavor. Not even salted. My drink was never refilled. We were hurried through the meal after it was finally delivered because a very large group came in wanting to be seated and they had already seated another large group 5 minutes after we had been seated. The large group they sat five minutes after us had their drinks and appetizers before we even had our drink order taken. There were so many servers, there should have been no issues with a wait time. Came in today to pick up an order to go. Sign on the door says if you're paying cash, then you get 5% off, but you have to make sure you tell the cashier. Ok, that is complete laziness on the cashier's part! If they can clearly see you're paying cash, then it should be automatic that they know you are getting 5% off of your ticket. And then looking at the receipt, they're charging you $0.50 for a to-go order... Are you freaking kidding me?! STOP putting all the extra charges on to the customer because you don't want to pay them (to- go containers I'm guessing). When asking the guy that took the order about the charge, he said, "oh yeah, we always charge for to-go orders", but had no real reason as to why they were charging it. I told him that that is not okay, especially when the customer has no idea. And then asked him to go get the manager to correct my ticket regarding the 5%. I could see them talking, and the manager pretty much was hiding and avoiding coming to correct my ticket. Then, a female came to cash out a large group of people and totally just left me standing there, everybody was ignoring me. After the large group was all cashed out, still no acknowledgment. So I stepped up and said, the manager needs to come and fix my ticket, but he's just hiding. So she calls him over and they're talking in Spanish amongst themselves. At that point I said, you know what, I don't want the order any longer, just give me my money back. I also stated this is not how you treat your customers. I will NOT be back!
