The store closes at 10:00. I placed an order online (a bit of a larger order…5 people and it is enough for leftovers to take to work for a couple of days, at least!) and received confirmation at 8:48. The order: 24 Honey BBQ boneless wings, 1 large stuffed crust pepperoni lover’s, 1 large stuffed crust pepperoni , 1 large hand tossed pineapple/bacon/banana peppers with bbq sauce, 1 medium beef and bacon, 1 small pan cheese.
We received a call at 9:11 saying they were out of stuffed crust pizza. No problem, regular hand tossed will be fine. Another call at 9:16 to get CC info since I paid through Apple Pay, it canceled and had to be redone. Again, no problem. Order was showing to be delivered around 9:30-ish per app.
At 10:30, the app still had not updated, just showing food was still being prepared. My husband attempted to contact the store, but no answer, just the recording and then a recording saying they were closed. Shortly thereafter, we get a text indicating that door dash will be delivering. A dasher was assigned and waiting at the store. My husband wakes at 4:00am for work, so he went to bed with no dinner.
At 10:44 we received yet ANOTHER call asking if our food was delivered. No. It was not and the driver was no longer waiting on the order. We were told they will remake the order and door dash will deliver. We received the pizzas at 11:30-ish. They were still hot and every single one of them were undercooked. The dough is not completely cooked through. We received two regular pepperoni pizzas and the boneless wings are nowhere to be found.
So now I question if our order was ever made in the first place? Did the first dasher show up and was subsequently told to leave because they are closed, then someone realized the error? We never received notice the first dasher had picked up the order.
I believe they were busy and our order slipped through the cracks. I would be ok with that IF someone actually called and took ownership of the error and apologized for it. The order was over $100 and I am BEYOND frustrated.
NEVER AGAIN. We moved to Choctaw in February and this was our 3rd and FINAL order. I will be contacting tomorrow for a refund of the boneless wings that were...

The main issues are undercooked (floppy and pale) crust, crust with no seasoning or with the wrong seasoning, and missing toppings. One time we purchased a thin crust, it was completely inedible (tough & greasy).The last order we placed was undercooked, had missing toppings, the cheese sticks and dipping sauces were cold and the entire order was late by 1 hour. No refund was offered. We have been sticking with them with hopes they’ll fix their quality issues but it hasn’t happened. We’ll be buying our pizza from somewhere else from now on. And a word to the local manager, please do not reply to this review with an attempt to resolve this issue unless you’ve taken specific defined steps to address the quality issue...

My husband who was a shift lead there that recently quit due to her and some of the others bullying him, discriminating against him, and talking crap behind his back. I tried filing a complaint against her personally and told I would have someone contact me within 1 to 3 business days and no one reached out. This establishment since the new GM started is an absolute joke. I'm not the first person to file a complaint against her, another one of your employees filed one against her due to her being sexist and favoring the females over the males. Corporate and the people over her need to take this situation seriously, because it is absolutely getting out of control. Shame...
