Ordered 3 footlongs and a wrap tonight online. Each sandwich, and the wrap had specific Ingredients. Order was to be ready at 8:15 pm. The website did not specify the lobby closed at 8 pm. Arrived in the drive thru. There was someone placing an order so decided to pull around and go inside. Doors were locked. The sign on the door said 9 pm but it was marked out. Fine. Pulled back around to drive thru. Waited 10 mins for the car ahead of me to finally get their sandwiches. Pull up to the window. Get my order. Come home, and they built each sandwich and the wrap as on the menu. I specifically left off all, tomato, onion, bell peppers. Added extra pickles to my youngest, just got normal. All of our sandwiches and my wrap had everything.
None of us like tomato and onion. Kids dont like bell pepper, and I like them...but the give me heartburn so I dont eat them.
Gor back home...all are loaded as the menu reads. With everything ..even what we didnt want.
I get my order was later in the evening, but not happy they didnt OMIT the handful of ingredients we didnt want. Was a waste of their time and of ingredients, and just irratated me after a long week.
We dont eat out often, but tried to find something healthier after long week and was disappointed. I tried to pick all of the onion out of my wrap but must have missed a piece and can still taste it. Yuk
To our local Subway.....read you're full orders. And if the o line system doesnt show you the changes, send Corporate my review because that's not good. Thankfully none of us are allergic to any of the ingredients...

Stopped at this location to get myself and my family member 2 subs with the BOGO1. I pulled up my app that has the current offer and that shows I’m a rewards member. I order 2 12” subs. Get to the register and they tell me they don’t do “coupons”. I said I was a rewards member and this is the current national promo. I had it pulled up on my phone. They refused to honor the deal here. No notice posted anywhere that this isnt honored. I was locked into spending TWICE the amount I had planned. How am I supposed to know a store 3 hours from my home that I’ve never been to doesn’t follow the national current promo that I had in print on the VIP rewards app. BS! Very angry about this! If I’m ever in the area, I will not return to...
Read moreThe female manager has zero people skills; she looks like she just rolled out of bed, completely unenthusiastic about everything, and obviously wanted as little customer interaction as possible. She needs to find another job where she doesn't have to interact with people. It was also very clear that the tall skinny guy was uncomfortable when she was present. He was otherwise very personable and professional. On another note, the bread was incrediably chewy and the salami was questionable. I didn't finish my sandwhich, instead I threw it away about halfway through. I will never order from this location again until there is new managment that actually has their priorities in order.
