Seriously, one simple question. Why can this McDonald's NEVER get an order right? Especially when I come through at least 3 times a week and order the same freaking thing everytime! This experience for example, I go to the speaker and order the same thing I normally order. A number two combo (two cheeseburgers) large with an UNsweet tea. No cheese, no onions. And a large half cut tea. Also a bag of ice. Well on the screen (that is suppose to be there to insure that your order is correct) the order is all wrong. Saying that only one cheeseburger was to get no cheese and no onions, that I wanted a medium sweet tea and then a large sweet tea. So I tell them that the order is wrong on the screen to which they insure me that it will be correct when I get it. I then pull up to the first window. The lady there has no idea what I ordered because it was all messed up from them not correcting it when I said something about it. So, she graciously fixes it(also annoyed they didn't fix it when I placed the order), hands me my bag of ice and tells me she is sorry for the confusion and that my fries will be fresh. Feeling a little better about the situation, I pull to the second window where the guy hands me my drinks. He then asks me to pull up and he will bring my food out to me. I asks to please me sure my fries are fresh and that I get BBQ sauce in the bag. They bring the food, I check it. Low and behold, there are cheese and onions on one of the burgers and no freaking BBQ sauce. So,as always, I have to get out and go in to get my order fixed. From the back I hear, "that order was made correct!" Well my dear, how would you know because they didn't want to fix it on the screen in the very beginning when I asked them to fix it!! It never fails, whether it be my fries are not fresh after asking 15 times to make sure they are or something being on the food that should not be. The worst part about it, most (not all, but most) of the employees want to be rude or have an attitude when you tell them the order is wrong. Do not take it out on your customers when YOU all mess up. Get it together McDonald's. I will driving across town from now on to the other McDonald's.    Read moreI am editing my review because this McDonaldâs has improved tremendously! After many bad experiences I avoided going until today, so itâs been a couple months. The staff was completely different, the place was clean, their attitudes were not just avoiding rudeness, but polite and bubbly...dare I say close to chick-fil-a level of polite!đź It seems the onslaught of negative reviews has made a difference and they have made some new hires (and new fires). The food was freshly made, my order was correct, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. Such a stark contrast from before! Yâall this is bad by McDonaldâs standards. I always go in expecting not so great service, but this was shockingly bad, and it wasnât just once. I am not exaggerating when I say I have been here eight times in the last few months, at different times in the day, and EVERY time, their ice cream machine is down. Either I am very very unlucky or they are saying it is down so that they donât have to clean it multiple times in the day. The times I went inside the store, staff was visibly distressed, angry, and seemed to be disoriented on what their job was. I waited in line for ten minutes before they even spoke to the first guy in line (who was understandably frustrated). I believe the people that said they got E. coli from this place!    Read moreI gave 3 đ s ONLY because the food was good. But its not worth it anymore to us in this location. We eat out way too much. The food at this McDonald's is always fresh and hot when we go here. The customer service has always been iffy but it's really starting to go down hill in that dept. The last "3" times we have been there we've had to ask for our drinks and then the straws and this last time it was the drinks and Sundaes (the straws were in the bag) he gives us our drinks then the boy just shut the window and turned around and was getting other drinks and what not, looks at us then walks off. Then a young woman opens the window and said, is there a problem? Rude as can be, and my husband said uhhhh we're waiting for our hot fudge sundaes.. She closes the window without saying a word then the young man shows back up with our sundaes and as my husband was asking for spoons he shut the window and we were both like, that's the last time!
