UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW:::::: 🤬😡🤬😡 NEVER WILL I EVER BUY HERE AGAIN!!!! THEY LITERALLY RIPPED ME OFF!!! Over phone order Shrimp with mixed vegetables wanted it in garlic sauce and 1 shrimp roll Should of been about $12-13 they charged me $17 because apparently it's too much of a task to cook the food in their garlic sauce so she charged me a completely different price for another dish on their specialty menu! Because it said garlic on it! Which makes absolutely no sense!! I have never heard or been through a situation as that before when it has come to Chinese food in all my days of ordering from anywhere!! They are clearly doing their own thing here!! That was the last draw for me along with a list of other issues (NEVER AGAIN!!) I will drive to Golden bowl in Radford or Chinese kitchen in Blacksburg their food is better and customer service is too! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT GIVE THEM UR MONEY!!!!

First time there order to go ! People were nice ,food was pretty 😋 I just wish they had not put all my food into the white paper food containers I'm use to other places using the bigger meal prep black containers with clear lids i like to see my food ! Other than that the food is good the place is clean and the workers were fast! I recommend them and I will go back in the future! My only CON; is that they use the paper Chinese containers which leak all over the bag and other items in the bag ! They seriously need to consider switching to the plastic reusable containers that other establishments have been using! I don't know it it's because they stuff the food and you get less in that paper container or what ? ,🤷🏽‍♀️ but you get Alot more in that plastic containers and Alot less mess more for your money too! I hope they see this and switch! A horrible experience. My friend lives near here so we tried to order from China Garden. They said they weren't delivering today, to come to the restaurant so we did. When we arrived they were nice enough. We waited for our to-go orders and left. When we got back to my friends house I tasted the chicken and it was funky. Like rancid. My friend used to package meat, he said its rotten. His was also funky. Not all of it, just some of the pieces. We went back and told them to give me a refund. The lady EXPLODED telling me NO ROTTEN MEAT, ITS NOT ROTTEN. YOUR ATTITUDE IS ROTTEN. Very loudly. I did not have a bad attitude, it was her giving me a bad attitude. She said leave or ill call the police. I don't know if she was saying that to intimidate me or what. I said ill call them for her. The police arrived and after about 10 minutes, ultimately made her give me a refund. The officer also added they were called there 2 weeks ago with a similar problem, that he was the officer who responded to the call. Soo do not eat here. You'll get attitude and rotten chicken. I called at 7:02pm and asked for general tso chicken and 2 eggrolls. I was informed that that didn't meet the delivery minimum so added a beef and broccoli combo to the order. At 8:24, my food still hadn't arrived so I called and was assured that it would arrive in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, it comes and I still tip an am polite as expected. I open my order to find that the general tso chicken (aka the only thing I actually wanted) isn't there. So, I call back and the man who answered the phone is incredibly rude and argues with me about my order saying I asked for chicken and brocolli (which regardless of being false, still wasn't in the order I received) and that if I wanted the general tso chicken, I needed to pay for it. I'm a very mild tempered person but by the end of the call, I demanded they pick up the food they delivered and refund me my money. So unprofessional. Will not be ordering...
