Ordered the $18 Shrimp open Faced Sandwich. I think It shouldn’t be labeled a sandwich , maybe Shrimp sliders instead. I asked Bria for the portion size & she either couldn’t tell me or knew & didn’t want to tell me how small it was.

Outside of the disappointing portion size, it tasted great ! Bria the bartender was helpful.

I ordered the seafood pasta and specifically requested for the shrimp to be seared. However, when the dish arrived, the shrimp hadn’t been seared at all. To avoid any confusion, I pulled up an image of properly seared shrimp to show the manager, just in case I needed to clarify what I meant. Instead of acknowledging the difference, she dismissed the photo by saying the shrimp looked burnt — which clearly came off as passive-aggressive. I calmly told her that if searing the shrimp wasn’t possible, I’d be happy to just request a refund. Interestingly, after I said that, she suddenly asked the chef to sear the shrimp, which took all of two seconds. When she returned, she briefly pointed out the now lightly seared shrimp, then stormed off without giving me a chance to thank her.

I know that customer service standards in St. Croix are almost non-existent, and I recognize that many employees are overworked and underpaid. That said, it would be helpful if this company considered improving working conditions + Increased employee wages — not only for the sake of the staff but also to create a better experience for customers. It's frustrating to encounter attitude from an employee over minor requests. The manager I interacted with was a light-skinned woman, approximately 5’9", wearing a long floral dress. She didn’t provide a name, but it was clear she...

Went for our honeymoon tonight and had several issues. Food tasted great- we ordered 3 appetizers/sides (no entrees) and a salad- water to drink- no one told us we would be stuck spending $16 for water (they fill your glass and no mention you’ll be paying that much or anything at all. Inform your customers maybe?) and also a mocktail costs $2 less than an actual cocktail ($14). Felt extremely ripped off and our server didn’t even say thanks or bye. Just a really poor experience. I wish we hadn’t wasted our night here. We’ve eaten better on the island with better service for half the price and without feeling like we got played. I even checked the menu to make sure I wasn’t overlooking something and just being a jerk but nope. Feel like our check for that little amount food and drink and service shouldn’t have been over $100. Especially with no alcohol. Price gouging at its finest. Try somewhere else. I own a small business and I would never pull crap like that. Should be ashamed of yourselves. We budgeted to go somewhere nice and what a waste it went here. So disappointing. Will not be be back and will be sure to tell our other friends and family who...

From the instant we walked in the door and were seated we knew this would be special dining experience. The decor is thoughtfully appointed with close attention to details. A lot of the fare through the islands are similar, but Hamilton’s stood out be a gem. The Chef and FOH have worked hard to design a menu and bar offerings appealing to anyone’s taste. The plates are presented beautifully. We started with the Special Crab cake with passion fruit slaw. I will find a way to duplicate the slaw dressing, it was amazing. We also ordered the open faced shrimp sandwich. 3 crostini topped with a savory cream cheese spread and seasoned sautéed shrimp. For entree’s we ordered the blackened filet (perfectly cooked and the accompaniments spectacular) and the seafood pasta. Delicious!

The GM and staff were all on their game and provided impeccable service. Chef and his team were chill and on point in the kitchen. I recommend making reservations if you can find the phone number! There is not a website or social media account we could find. Go! You...

This place is beyond outstanding. The drinks, the vibe and the staff were so amazing. I had the espresso martini several times to ensure consistency for my review and it was impeccable each time. The goat cheese salad was one of the best salads I’ve had in my life. Let me stop here to say every single thing was beyond fabulous. They also let us all in wearing our beach gear as we didn’t plan on being there but fate intercepted along with the off season/hurricane season closings of so many spots lol Nonetheless, this was the best meal we had in St Croix. The truffle Mac and cheese was good and cheesy… the filet was the best. The very best and I make a mean filet myself with my own concoction of seasonings … I approve 100,000 % … I’m sad I will prob never get to return to STX and experience this fabulousness provided by Hamilton but I look forward to happening upon another amazing place in my journey of life again….it made for an exceptional impromptu birthday meal. Do not pass this place up! Thank you, Hamiltons ❣️
