I had a very comfortable stay here at Hotel Caravelle. The place is very clean and sanitized. Check in was seemless, and a health questionnaire had to be completed along with a temperature check. You're given a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival too. Hilaria was a breath of fresh air after traveling 8hours and Linell was just perfect with unforeseen assistance. The room was huge, immaculate and bright. The bed was very comfy and the temperature in the room was perfect upon arrival. I only wish their rooms had a balcony and the option to open the window. I like the kitchenette with fridge, microwave, keurig maker and plenty of counter space. The attached restaurant Rum Runners was on point with the food (salmon and rice w gungu) and drinks (something with nutmeg). I had to use the pool at their sister property Company House which was cool because it was a short 5 min walk and I got to see some areas I haven't seen, some more old fashioned architecture and did some souvenir shopping in Riddims on my way. Read moreSo I’ll start as that I can sleep under a tarp if it’s near the beach. It’s so much worse. Especially considering the cost to get and stay here. Easter weekend! Should be quiet and enjoyable, well it wasn’t. The pool is out of service… cool that happens. What shouldn’t happen is someone that has traveled the world to wonder wth is going on here. There were less than no accommodations to speak of. The staff were barely relevant. The noise from outside is literally unacceptable! Worse hotel experience ever! DO NOT STAY HERE! I could go on and on but I think this advice should save someone spending $1500 on a terrible spring break family experience! Good luck!
