Nauti Parrot — Restaurant in Christiansted

Decent food, horrible service. First, we tried to order drinks, which have no descriptions on the menu, so we asked our server what was in a drink (because who know what is in a "pink taco") and the server says the menus are new and she doesn't know the ingredients but has a cheat sheet. We ask her to consult it. So she leaves, comes back and tells us about the ingredients. We ask about another drink. She doesn't know. She didn't bring the cheat sheet. It's happy hour, we just want to order drinks! Once she brings the cheat sheet to the table this is easier. We order drinks, food, etc. Most of the food is decent. 2 orders are missing cornbread, we point out, and she brings 1 piece of cornbread. Which, is fine because the cornbread is disgusting. I am a native Texan and that is not good cornbread. The BBQ is good, mac and cheese is good, steak fries were cold, coleslaw good. The baked potato was insanely dry, but the bbq on top was good. She never asked us if we wanted refills, which we did. But the bill came and the happy hour half price drinks were full price. I asked and apparently the happy hour is old and they haven't updated the menus. What?? I thought the menus were new and that's why she didn't know the drinks. Also, a good thing to mention up front when you have several people ordering drinks during happy hour. Didn't even have the energy to argue as our server really seemed like she would rather be anywhere else than Nauti's... and honestly...

Just an amazing place! My husband and I were on our honeymoon, hit it off with our server next door and went over to NP together afterwards to get some drinks. The friendliest atmosphere we found on the island. It ended up being our go to spot throughout the whole trip. We met so many people, enjoyed playing pool & ping pong, drinking cocktails & beer and just having a great time. Love the neighborhood feel of this place. The late night hang out, Nauti seems to be open after everyone else is closed. There is an indoor bar, and a large outdoor patio with covered picnic tables next to a bit of the ocean. We had a nice reggae band playing outside and lots of company, many of them locals. I must compliment our focused waitress who kept us plied with drinks even though we were at farthest outdoor table.
