Let me start by saying that the atmosphere at this location is electric. Your experience really starts as you approach the intersection of Third and Naples, where you see the flashing neon lights wrapping the roof of the building. Inside, you get more than just a taco shop feel. It’s really clean and the decor is traditional and inviting, with the salsa bar as the centerpiece. Every single salsa (they had four to choose from) was delicious! I almost took myself out with the habanero pepper/onion, thinking it was bell peppers, lol. Customer service was great, and everyone wore smiles. I ordered rolled tacos and a beef taco with rice and beans, and an horchata to drink. Unfortunately, I didn’t care for my food and drink. The shells had more of a thick, chewy taste than a crunch, which really affected the flavor. I enjoyed the beans and rice, but threw the tacos away. Overall, my experience was good, but my food could have been better. I tried the carne asada at another location, and it was delicious. Because I loved everything else about this location, I’ll definitely try again in the...
Read moreNice service, good food, estate to order and pick up. The gentleman I think cashier was really nice he took her order he made sure that we had everything we needed and before we left he made sure that we have lemons and salsa and the drink that I ordered. They did it all very very fast though because maybe from the time we came in the time we left less than 10 minutes to get our order from my wife my kids and I and also the opportunity to just what we were sitting down there that was really very quiet. It was a really nice place that cooks were very nice the people around her very nice and we enjoyed ourselves so when we come around that area again maybe we'll stop by again and get a chance to eat a little bit. For those that ask questions about whether this is a handicap or they have things for children yes they have handicap everywhere for parking for going into the place and also they have a menu for children too I think a couple pictures of show the menu so you can take a look at it...
Read moreI used to love this place, something must have happened recently that the food and service has gone downhill, knowing that each of our last visit our orders have gotten screwed up we decided to give it another shot, and well we ordered flautas and carne adobada nachos, the lady asked me order of 3 or 5? I said order of 5 but please make sure they are loaded with all the toppings, well we pulled up and my wife saw the flautas were pretty sad, only cheese and some cream on them, I gave them back and said can you please add lettuce and pico on top, its ok if you charge me, so she charged me almost $2 more for it.
Well we got home and when my wife sat down to eat realized they only gave us 4 flautas, then I went to sit down to watch a movie and snack on my adobada nachos and realized they gave me fries instead of nachos and they were pretty disgustingly soggy, so I ate the meat and threw the rest.
I hope this place gets their groove back it used to be good, but yeah im done eating...
