Wish I could give zero stars. The staff here are poor representations of the place. I order a pizza around 330 pm on 2/20/25. I waited for what seemed like forever just to look online and say my pizza got delievered. How of I never met the guy at the door. So not only did my receipt not say contactless the driver still left my pizza on the door step of someone else’s house ( so they get my pizza and appetizer and drinks for free). Now my receipt confirmed that my order was not contactless so why would he just leave my order at a door anyway when the order wasn’t contactless. Next I call to see where my order is because again it says “delivered enjoy ur pizza” when I never got a pizza to begin with. Martha (if that’s even her name) decided she was gonna tell me that it said contactless and that’s not my problem the driver is doing his job. Come to find out the driver sucks at his job and he delievered to the wrong house and even tho the receipt didn’t say contactless he decided that he was gonna drop it off at what ever house her felt like. So not only and I inconvenienced but someone got my order for free and Martha decided that I didn’t deserve to be compensated for their negligence. Like what kind of company trains their staff to not give a damn in the event of wrong doing, inconvenience, negligence or mishap. So I was taken back when Martha said she can give me a refund . A refund after u just gave my whole order for free to some one else all i could be given was a refund… so i go up there to get my refund and Adam is at the fro. Adam did not care either so i am wondering why he even asked what was going on if he wasn’t going to make it right either. Either way im not letting up cause ethically i know they could have done more. Training needs to be held for the guy would decided to deliver where ever he feels and Martha could have handled it better she just...
Read morePlease do not solicit me or my door. And why take pictures? I have a camera also.... 7/15/23 Just moved to the area, very unlikely I'll order from here again.
The $5.99 carry out or $6.99 deliverd price, then add on a $5.99 delivery charge, so $9 for delivery and a proper tip adds up pretty quick.
The Fettuccine Alfredo had almost no sauce on it, like the majority of the noodles were bare. You could see the bottom of the pan all over. I literally added ranch as it was to dry to eat and we just moved in so I didn't have much else.
The pizza had a great amount of pepperoni and black olives, but minimal cheese and sauce. It was like a small pizza worth of sauce and cheese with big crusts, not a fan.
The brownies were good and a bigger portion than I expected.
My teenager dug into the pizza before a picture was taken. The parts with cheese and sauce it was good, but for $30 of a small pizza, mostly plain noodles with some chunks of chicken and brownies, not worth it.
Also when ordering the pizza it should say that certain crusts add $2 or whatever and specify which is the base price.
As per Google there are plenty of other pizza...
Read moreI recently moved to Chula Vista from Orange County and the food and service is a world apart. I understand it's not gourmet, however, as a business you should strive to provide the best level of service and attitude to your customers. The first time I ordered from this location, the food arrived cold, halfway cooked and with slices missing. We called the store and requested to speak with the manager, as one of the employees, Veronica, was giving us an attitude and being very disrespectful toward us. She refused to connect us with the manager. The second time we went to the store to pick up our order, and once again, the food wasn't made properly. We went to request they fix it, and the same employee, Veronica, took it personally and gave us attitude. The "manager" came to apologize, however, we are not going back. It's pizza. It's not that hard to follow instructions. Giving the customer an attitude is just bad service. Plus, employees smoking cigarettes right outside the pizza shop, is just classless and gross. Needless to say, we will not be giving our business to this location again. Domino's can and should do better, and so should...
