A True Gem: Consistent Excellence for Years!
I've been a loyal patron of Los Panchos for years, and it's truly a testament to the dedication of the original owner, George, and his incredible main chef. While faces have changed over time, their unwavering presence has ensured that the food remains consistently, mouthwateringly delicious. This isn't just your average Mexican restaurant; it's a place where the flavors sing, and you can taste the passion in every bite. Yes! Its true I'm addicted to Mexican Food lol.
Let's talk about the food. If you're craving a carne asada burrito, prepare to be transported. The tender, perfectly seasoned carne asada, nestled in a warm tortilla with just the right balance of fresh toppings, is simply perfection. And don't even get me started on the carne asada fries! Crispy, golden fries piled high with that same incredible carne asada, melted cheese, guacamole, and all the fixings – it's a flavor that's impossible to resist.
But the real star of the show, for me, is the breakfast burrito. OMG! It's a masterpiece. Imagine fluffy scrambled eggs, savory chorizo, melted cheese, potatoes, and all the classic breakfast burrito goodness, wrapped up in a warm, comforting hug. It's the perfect way to start any day.
What sets Los Panchos apart is not just the incredible food, but the consistency. Year after year, George and his chef have maintained the same high standards, ensuring that every visit is a delightful experience. It's clear they care deeply about their food and their customers. If you're looking for authentic, delicious Mexican food that will keep you coming back for more, look no further than Los Panchos. You won't be...
Read moreLos Panchos used to have good burritos years back. This is the second location I go to and the last time I go to one! I was very skeptical because there's one by my house on 3rd Avenue and the burritos are mediocre. So I decided to give this location one last shot, and boy did they disappoint once again. I bought an LP Special burrito called "Diego". There was literally chunks of meat not well diced. My complaint isn't specifically that, it's the lack of food the burritos have itself! These have to be the worse burritos I've ever eaten! They feel like they're falling apart in your hand every damn time I take a bite. A burrito is supposed to be stuffed with your preferred meats, but these happen to wobble to the side and hang loose. There's a huge gap inside where food should fit in!! I'm basically paying for a giant flour tortilla with 10% food inside. It's ridiculous how badly served they are here and on 3rd Ave location. The price for it was also horrendous! $8.13 with tax or so. I'm not getting my money's worth with these burritos. You're better off going elsewhere, these mediocre things they call burritos, don't compare to Chipotle's or any other Mexican taco...
Read moreI have visited this place several times and we’ve had some disappointments… but nothing like what happened today. I ordered three mini tacos to go; I don’t live far from this place. WhenI got home I noticed that the food was very cold. Tortillas were hard on the edge due to not being well heated when they made the tacos. I then called and “Rachelle” was the rudest employee as can be! It was soooo obvious that no training was provided from the owners. She is not aware that when it comes to business the client/customer is always right, especially when that customer was complaining on the phone and not being a threat to her or coworkers. She told me that I was blaming her; which I was not. She was not really listening to what I was saying, she would talk over me. By the way “Porfirio” was the cook on this day, I asked to speak to him, she would not get him on the phone. If you go, I suggest to ask the name of the cook, it they say it’s Porfirio then I can assure you, you will not be eating well heated food. It will be cold food. To the owners of Los Panchos taco shop on Birch in CV … please provide proper training to your employees. Son...
