HIBACHI KINGS — Restaurant in Chula Vista

I decided to give this food a try and the food was very delicious although the portions of the side order of teriyaki chicken was a bit small for the price I paid but for the entrees of the steak,shrimp and chicken plate with veggies and white rice was excellent though I feel the amount of veggies under the protein was not enough for me. The sauces were also very good for the hot teriyaki and Diablo sauce I had ordered the garlic butter but I did not recieved it in my order. Food is a tad pricey for the amount paid though I feel the portions of each dish could use improvement...

Spent $50 on a trio plate with chicken fried rice. Staff at pick-up were super rude despite me tipping 20% on the takeout order. Returned home to find no chicken in the rice, despite being charged an additional $6 to upgrade and to make matters worse all of the meat was absolutely inedible. Rancid. They should be shut down by the health department. I messaged their account and let them know of my experience. They offered me a credit but when I demanded a refund instead (because the food was so terrible I would never return) they left my messages on read and...

Wanted some of their food, but every time I drove to the location on 3rd Ave, but never found the truck. I even called several times to make sure the times on their FB page was correct, but they never answered the phone! I went by again, and finally found the truck. I went up to the food truck and the woman they were already closed. She said they close at 7. I get back to the car and check the time, and it wasn't even 7pm yet. Beyond disappointed. I'm here on vacation, and was really hoping I could order some of their food, but I guess it wasn't...
