Yesterday I had the worse experience at this establishment. Iāve been here several times before, and never had any issues, but today it was ridiculously bad! First off, I asked how much a bag of chicharrones costed and they said $2. I ordered a fruit salad that costed $10.50. They offered $2 smoothies which I thought it was a great deal and ordered 2. The total was $17 and I thought it included the chicharrones I asked for in the beginning, because it made sense, but they werenāt so I added everything up a little confused, and came up with the conclusion that it should be a little over $15. I didnāt wanted to make a big deal cuz it wasnāt much, but when I went in to ask him the prices to make sure that I wasnāt wrong (as I thought that maybe they increased) both of the 2 people that were working there ignored me, and kept asking me to wait outside for my order (which I understood due to COVID), but when I told them 3X that I had a couple questions regarding my receipt they went to the back and continued to ignore me (which was weird after they did it several times, and I kept on explaining the same thing over and over). Finally after an hour of waiting for the stuff to talk to one of them they gave me a receipt where it said that they charged me each smoothie for $2.75 and that the total was $16.62. Like I mentioned earlier, I donāt mind about the money, but why would he charge me $17 flat when the total was $16.62. At the end he came from the back quick and simply said; hereās your stuff, and your $1.50 that was extra charged. Finally after I got home, I opened the salad and it was 60% cucumber 40% everything else šš when itās supposed to have a variety of different fruits. Anyway, I hate to sound like a Karen, because Iām not one, but I couldāve went to eat, get served, payed and left in the same amount of time that I waited for the cucumber salad and possibly receive better treatment.
P.S- There were at most other 6-7 people who waited over an hour for their order as well which sometimes was just one smoothie or one small thing that didnāt require much time...

They take orders over the phone but do not start preparing after you pay. So its basically pointless. There have been multiple times my order has been ready and no one notifies you. You're also not allowed in the store due to covid restrictions and the size of the store (small). I've told the owner multiple times but I actually think he doesn't care... Also, huge warning, take cash, they rip you off on CC fees - $1.50 even on order under $5.00. I use Square for my business and the charge is less than 2.50%, NOT 30% as in the example above... I decided to come back and ordered some fresas con crema and most of the strawberries where rotten, I had to spit them out at the second bite because the taste was awful. Again today I witnessed the owner being soo rude to the sweet lady who gave me my order. I felt like telling to leave that miserable low wage job. He is one of the worse business owner I know.
