Got a few birria tacos. Honestly was pretty decent tasting. The ones with cheese were awesome, though $1.25 extra is really steep just for cheese. Overall, the portions are small for what youre paying. Too expensive for what you get. My gf ordered the birria Ramen which was ok, a touch salty, but I think they literally use store bought Ramen. Reading other reviews, looks they use hard shell tacos for the other types of tacos. I'll say the birria is good, but be weary of prices and anything else.

Also, the cashier randomly added a coke bottle I didn't order, which I somehow missed. I asked for two cups of water...? The music hear is deafeningly loud (you have to yell) for no reason. I know Mexican places have loud music, but this was insanely louder than even what you'd expect. I had to repeat my order several times. It's also freezing and colder inside than outside. Like they had A/C on when it's 60 degrees outside.

Easy things to fix here: either lower prices or more food turn down the music to 1/4 volume don't make it...

Ordered delivery from here after seeing rave reviews and marketing from local influencers as I’m a big fan of birria. Ordered the birria plate and I was so disappointed. It looked nothing like the photos and was a rather small portion. But I could have lived with the portion as the price was a little cheaper than other places with similar offerings but it was honestly so gross I couldn’t even finish it. The meat was overcooked and had an aftertaste as if it had been cooked in a pot/pan that still had old burnt food still stuck to it. It definitely wasn’t from a clean surface, gross. The photo showed meat filled up with consomé but mine was dry as the desert. The beans and rice tasted canned/pre-made and were very bland with no flavor. Lastly, the corn tortillas tasted stale and like they were heated in the microwave as the rim was very hard and chewy. Overall I’m really disappointed as I was very excited to try this place but I sadly cannot...

I had given this place a higher score, but they have dropped the ball too many times, and I have to say something.

From a refund that took months to resolve, to wrong orders... There have just been too many issues. Today, I stopped by just for 2 items: tortillas and quesatacos. I was charged for the quesatacos, but they didn't have any meat in them. I was one of two people waiting for an order so, when they gave me my order, I didn't double check, I know it may annoy employees when clients do this, but you can see why we do it. I get home, open my order, and it's just the tortilla, cheese, and onion/cilantro.

I tried calling the National City location (where I made the purchase) and it kept saying my call couldn't be completed a as dialed, went to the website, tried that number, same thing, I tried calling the chula vista location, only an automated message asking me to keep calling. This is frustrating and unprofessional. Please train your...

There is shared parking along the side of the building. Atmosphere inside was okay. The music although appropriate was very loud. The interior is painted black and there is hardly any decor other than a couple of tv screens and painted logos on the wall. There was lots of open seating inside and outside on the patio. Placed an order to go for the quesabirria tacos, consommĂŠ, rice and beans. Overall the tacos were juicy and flavorful, but lacking the crispy outside that you typically get with birria tacos. I would not recommend the rice and beans due to lack of flavor. The consommĂŠ, however, is some kind of special. It had a deep, hearty taste with a little bit of spice that was perfect for dipping the tacos in and sipping it straight from the bowl.

Service was nothing special, No Welcomes or acknowledgments. The music was a little loud for me to hear the cashier so I had to keep leaning in and repeating myself. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I prefer regular height seats over stools but, that’s just my preference. The food was overpriced for the quantity and quality of it, once again THATS MY OPINION. They charge $1 for add on sour cream and BARELY PUT ANY SOUR CREAM ON IT🙄 DISAPPOINTED! You can’t see any type of sour cream in the picture🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ My food was pretty dry lots of meat and bean in my burrito which just wasn’t it for me, I like to be able to also taste the rice and tomato’s. Personally- I wouldn’t go back.

The quesadilla is the best! Plenty of birria, melted cheese between toasted tortilla. Yumm! I also like the keto taco (who doesn't like fried cheese?) and the normal taco is good as well. I'd like to try the ramen and the pizza some day; they look pretty epic. Not many places have good red and green salsa (usually one is good and the other is meh or bad), but here, both salsas are good and have a slight kick to them! Which is how salsas are supposed to be. They don't have many parking spots of their own, but it's pretty easy to find street parking around. But even with the limited parking spots, I've never had to look for street parking.
