Terrible customer service. I do not recommend this place. The people working for this restaurant do not care for their customers. I was not acknowledged as I stepped in the restaurant. I asked the employee a question about the menu and all he did was nod and went back to whatever he was doing. He seemed too busy to care about helping us(THE RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY). My dad and I were happy to try a new place but unfortunately we had to go because they clearly did not care about us. There was an old lady sitting down looking at us in the back (who clearly works there) instead of helping us or acknowledge that we were waiting she instead just sat there looking at us. This was my first time here at Mi Pana, and I plan to come back. I ordered the American Arepa which has eggs, cheese, and ham. All the ingredients made this dish delicious bite after bite. I wish I could try all the Arepas and will try some different ones on the next trip. The second menu item I ordered were the 3 piece Tequenos. They are cheese sticks that have been elevated in a way that I'm not sure how to describe. The seasoning and flaky exterior really makes them addicting. Please get these!! You won't regret it. Food is decent but absolutely not the best in SD. Customer service can definitely improve. The older guy in the cashier was the only one that greeted us. The ladies working there have no clue what there doing. Not one time did our server approached us after dropping the food off. The time of the food being serve was fast something I love. 3 stars for the food mainly because it lacked on flavor. Portion is great, price not bad. I paid a lil over 25 dlls for 5 Roll Tacos, Bandeja de Paisa n 2 water bottles. Bathrooms where clean, to me that’s a must. Clean bathrooms equals clean employees lol...
