Subway — Restaurant in Chula Vista

We’ve been coming here for quite some time. It’s always been a fantastic experience tonight. I went in got quite a few sandwiches for my kids and husband. I ordered a turkey sandwich paid extra for avocado and bacon on my husband sandwich and there was legitimately three pieces of turkey. It was almost comical if I hadn’t paid for it. My one-year-old accidentally got my daughter’s hot Chito and his mouth and was struggling. I asked the employee for a cup of water and he said no. After I had tipped 20 % and spent 70 bucks. I will never be back. And I’m not want to leave reviews, but the owner of this place needs to hire better people. It’s actually illegal to not give free water if somebody asks in the state of California and that I don’t give a crap about, but the fact that a baby got hot Cheetos in his mouth and the dude refused to give me a cup of water after I tipped him 20% is...

The manager was extremely rude , I ordered a sandwich online since I was at Starbucks next door I went in and put in the order and normally I put things like extra mayo extra mustard but sometimes it’s too much and you just want a little extra and not too much extra . He said I cannot do that and it had to be made the way he made it because it was on special and he had to make it different and his way it wasn’t full price ( when the app clearly lets you order how you want it ) after I got my food he argued with me and I said yes I didn’t change anything but how your version of extra might be different than mine … he said I wasn’t welcome and he didn’t want my business anymore and...

If I could rate my visit as a 0 stars I would. I showed the attendant my coupon before I ordered nothing was said that 2 of the 3 sandwiches I was ordering would not work with the coupon. Additionally she kept looking back at the menu board to see what went into the sandwiches and missed some ingredients that I had to remind her of as she made them. Once we got to the register she had to ask another employee why the coupon wasn't working. I really should've left right then instead I paid the $35 for what should have been $20 with the coupon I showed her BEFORE ordering. DON'T USE...
