Donât put a sign that says âwheelchair accessibleâ if youâre not actually wheelchair accessible! The door was very heavy and I had a lot of trouble opening it, and I was using a walker/rollator. It would be impossible for someone in a wheelchair to operate, so I have no idea why that sign is there. Had such a hard time opening the door that my drink spilled and I had to go back to ask for a new one before even leaving the premises. I was also charged for the replacement. Either take the sign down or keep the door open so the building is ACTUALLY wheelchair accessible. The service was very slow as well, I was waiting for several minutes at the register even though I was the only person there only reason Iâm not giving a one-star review is because the donuts and drinks are pretty good (though...
Read moreI went to Mochinut for the first time tonight. I was told that they were out of donuts and it would take 40 minutes to make more. One guy was just standing in the back playing with dough and another employee aimlessly walking around. When asked when they close he said 9 or whenever they are out of donuts. When I visited I wanted to try the grass jelly, but it had run out. There was a bit of confusion for a while about that and despite being the only one there until a young lady came by, I waited quite a bit for my order which I had to change a bit. I was surprised I got my doughnut and drink after that young lady because it didn't seem like she ordered online. Unfortunately that's why I don't go here as often as I can, but the food...
