I really hope this gets resolved soon. I went to AMC hoping to give my daughter the same experience I received when I was younger. When I was at the ticket booth, I asked them if they had any kids movies, The person at the counter recommended 9 Lives. So That's the movie I purchased a ticket for. About ten or fifteen minutes into the movie I realized that it was a bad movie choice due to my daughter being so young. I walked back to the counter to return the movie and that's when a young lady told me very politely that she was unable to issue a refund due to some 30 minute policy. We did the math and it was only a few minutes past the time frame for refund. The young lady asked me to wait so she can get the manager to assist. The manager right away said he can only issue a pass. I told him that I didn't want the pass, I needed my refund. He then told me he wasn't going to give me anything if I didn't want the pass. I told him I didn't want the pass. He then rudely continued in Saying that he had things to do so I either take the pass or leave with nothing. I asked him if he was serious and He walked away. I asked for his name and He declined to disclose it. Another person approached me and I asked for the manager's name. She stated that it was Matt but was not aware of his last name. The manager came back and again said he can issue a pass or give me nothing. Now I don't even have a receipt to prove that I purchased a ticket since Matt kept it. Please help me...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOverall it's one of my favorite theatres. I love $5 ticket Tuesdays with Stubs card. We always use our Stubs card its well worth the money in food and drink upgrades as well as the ticket discount on Tuesdays. I also like the placement of the handicap row in this theatre you still have a decent view of the screen. As well as the floor being carpeted in that area unlike some theatres that are just that cold sticky black cement or linoleum. Its nice if like myself you have a service animal. Negatives, which for me were big ones. I'm not sure how often they clean the seats because the one I initially sat next to smelled badly of urine. Bringing me to my biggest negative. The restrooms!! They were filthy! The handicap stall was unusable. The toilet was full to the brim with soggy nasty toilet paper. I had to use a standard stall which left my dog sitting outside my stall waiting for me. While he's well trained and was able to do that it made me horribly uncomfortable. I wasnt able to utilize him to help me up and he wasnt able to do his job. At anytime someone could had tried to pet him or taken him. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just had a horrible, HORRIBLE experience in this theatre last night. The customer service was the worse. So, I had ordered my food ahead of time online. It wasnāt done until 15 minutes after the time I had posted for it to be picked up. I had ordered the cinnamon bites and the garlic bites. I saw them putting them in a few minutes after I got there and when I got them 15 minutes later, they were hard. I couldnāt tell the difference from cinnamon and garlic because they were all plain. They didnāt have any hotdogs or sliders so I was refunded for the hotdogs but not the drink and after I asked for my cup, he said I still had to purchase one. But he never refunded me for it. So I got robbed for that. The hot dog combo was 22-something and I only received 16-something on my card. The food was super nasty and the cashier dude was just.. horrible. Maybe he was having a bad night but I felt like he didnāt want to deal with us. The pizza was hard too. I literally didnāt eat none of it. I was really pist off. This was my go to theatre but Iām never coming here again. Finding another theatre with better customer service and good quality food...
