First of all, more than 80% of all Apple teams in this store make you feel you are dumb. Second of all, they are even dumber than they look. What happened was we had a battery issue two years ago with our iPhone 13 pro. The battery exploded! The back panel even popped out!😱😱😱 We took our phone to this store since it was under warranty. They solved the battery problem. Two days ago, we bought a new iPhone 15 pro and paid off everything. When we were trying give our old iPhone 13 to my family member, and put their sim card in the phone, it shows "sim locked". We went back to the store, they searched our IMEI number. The Apple teams keep saying "it's not our problem, you have to go to your carrier to solve the issue".😵‍💫😵‍💫 We contacted with T-Mobile and even went to store in plaza Bonita, the store manager showed us, "this iPhone 13 pro does not belong T-Mobile. And we have no access to this phone". 😵‍💫😵‍💫 Today, after 72 hours, 8 phon calls with T-Mobile, two emails with Apple, one conversation with T-Mobile supervisor, we decided to go back to Apple store. It is because they are the last person who had technician to access our phone. Then, finally we found the problem. What happened was two years ago when we were getting battery replaced, Apple teams not only replaced the battery, but also the back panel. Once the back panel was replaced, the IMEI number was replaced, too.😓😓😓😓😓 And the Apple technician was not doing their job right! They forgot to update the new IMEI number with T-Mobile. Apple store is the only one has access to this fxxking IMEI number! Apple store is the only one who screwed up to update the new IMEI number with their retailers!😡😡😡😡 And the whole Apple teams didn't apologize at all for this mistake! Instead, the representative, her name was M, was trying to hide this information from us!😡😡😡 Do you think any professional Apple teams would make mistakes like this? It's like you bought a new house, but the escrow company forgot to put your name on your deed! 😱😱😱 Right now nobody has any access to this fxxking IMEI number, only Apple Inc. And we need to wait for at least 48 hours to get update. And the issue "might" be solved.... nobody can guarantee it... Well, well, well... To anyone wants to buy Apple products from this store, please always make sure they won't screw you up like they did to us... Imagine if you live overseas and you can't come back......🤬🤬🤬🤬

Outstanding Support from Dev – Apple Customer Service Star! I had an amazing experience today with Dev from Apple customer support. From the moment our conversation started, Dev was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I had a ton of questions about my device, and Dev took the time to answer every single one with clear explanations and genuine care. On top of that, Dev helped me through the process of trading in my iPhone for the new iPhone 15 Plus, making what could have been a confusing experience feel smooth and stress-free. They made sure I understood each step, confirmed all the details, and left me feeling confident and taken care of. Customer service like this is rare – Dev truly went above and beyond. Huge thanks to Dev and Apple for making my day easier and better!

I had the unfortunate experience of someone trying to commit CC fraud and buy some ridiculously expensive airpod pros. Apple was really helpful through the whole process, and when I went to drop off the airpods everyone was really nice and apologetic. I don't personally buy apple products anymore, but the staff was excellent and they 100% did right by me. I would advise making an appointment before you show up. You'll end up waiting in line due to decreased capacity/COVID 19 controls.

Worst apple store ever!!! Stay away from this store if by any means necessary. I checked my computer in simply to see if I could get a new software program installed onto my computer. The specislist assisting me wrote irrelevant notes about my macbook which led to the technician at the so called "genius bar" to assist me with other matters rather than what I previously came into the store to do. After reading the specialist notes, the technician decided to run a diagnostic on my macbook before attempting to put on a new software program. Once the diagnostic was completed it turned out that my macbook had a memory issue which caused the macbook to overload and shut down ( though it only shut one me once or twice, my computer worked just fine! I could still use the internet, watch youtube videos, do my work, and watch netflix on my current software with no issues, I simply wanted the next available software compatible to my macbook, that was it!). Once the memory problem was revealed, the technician should've explained to me the risk; that if they attempt to put a newer software on my computer and it fails to be installed, there is no way to reinstall the current working software. ALL RISKS SHOULD BE MENTIONED TO ALL CUSTOMERS bringing in their macbooks. A doctor would explain to a cancer patient the risks, and benifits to getting chemotherapy, just as a computer technician should explain the risk and benifits of working on an internally sick computer. The following day after leaving my macbook over night with these so called "technicians" I get a call that a new software could not be installed, and my current software was completely wiped and could not be reinstalled. I brought a working macbook in and was issued a completely broken, and now unusable macbook. After complaining to the manager (Elizabeth), who showed no empathy, and continued to act like it was my fault, she kept claiming "well you did sign the waiver so there's nothing we can do to help you". The technician even lied and claimed to management that he did explain to me the risks of installing a new software, simply to save his own skin from his major screw up of ill informing a customer. Elizabeth (manager) of course sided with the technician, and continued to take no accountability or actions to right what was wrong. Words can't explain how furious I am at their incompetence, and their lack of training for their employees. Transparency is of the utmost importance, especially when dealing with a customer's macbook. Corporate will recieve a complaint call, and letter from me. I advise you NOT to take your macbook to this location and deal with these unskilled technicians who lie when they screw up. Also; make sure you read the fine print of ANYTHING you sign in a macbook store, because they will fail to tell you that if they mess up your computer, or they wipe all your software, and or data off your computer, and they cannot recover it, they will absolutely take NO responsibility for their actions. I will NEVER use Apple macbook again. And if your macbook has issues, take your macbook to a local computer shop that actually fixes computers, NOT "the genius bar" where anybody but geniuses are in charge of your...

Worse service in all the apple stores I have ever been! Let me tell you, I have been buying apple products since 1996!!! Just bought a mcbookpro, the iphone xsmax 512go and the apple watch 4! That said! I took my mom last week to upgrade from an iphone 7plus to an 8 plus! The guy told us they couldn’t take her 7plus back because the sim tray was missing. Ok. But he would not even give us a mrice for when we would find the tray. « Well just come back and wéll see! » ok fine. My mom still wanted to buy the 8plus so we asked him for the phone. He went told us that someone was gonna bring it to the front. Meanwhile I asked him if he could tell my mom the main differences, he only said well it is a newer version with a better camera... and that’s it... we were expecting a little more but nothing came... 5min later another guy brought the new phone. My mom paid. But didnt want to take the applecare because she doesnt live in the US. The guy didnt look like he liked her refusal, but since my mom didnt want it, he should have respected her choice. Right after she paid with her card we asked if he could install her sim card inside and start the phone. The guy just looked at her like she was the dulbest thing on earth and said there’s everything in the box for that! really!!!!!!!! I just stood there for 5 seconds looking at him! She had just spent hundreds of dollars more than he makes in a week and that’s what he says to my mom! I just looked at him and told him «  that means you will not help her! Thank you for your service Sir! » I took the bew box and starting opening it to get the phone out! And that’s when he must have realized that he is supposed to be taking care of the clientele, he tried to take the bow from me and said... « ok I will do it! » i just looked at him and said « No! evrything is in the box right? » I took care of my mom and decided not to buy the new ipad pro I was going to buy and which i bought later in Mission Valley. i love apple! But man! Some of their sellers like that guy really reminds you that you are taking a hefty amount of money out of you pocket and the service...
