To be blunt, the folks running this place are racist towards Black customers. My Asian mother has ordered food from here several times, paid w a credit card & had no issues, which is why I ultimately chose this place.
I ordered ahead on the phone, everything was fine, & they were polite. However when I got there to pick up the food, I received very strange service. My order was sitting on the table but when I walked up and confirmed it was mine, the lady pulled it away off the table and held it away from me as if she thought I was going to run off w it.
There’s a sign that says they accept credit card however when I presented mine for payment they told me they don’t take credit card. I told her we paid w credit card before but she offered no explanation as to why I couldn’t use it now. She asked me several times to confirm the order even though I had already done so upon entering. The total was $20 more than the price I was told on the phone. After paying w my debit card she set the food down and walked away without a word. I was completely taken aback by this experience.
the way I was treated in person was a total 360 from the polite demeanor and good service I received on the phone. I have been a loyal customer of your establishment for several years, consistently choosing your restaurant for important events. However, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I recently received.
I placed an order well in advance for an upcoming event, which will host over 100 guests. As part of my usual practice, I called the day before to confirm my order and ensure it would be ready on time. To my dismay, not only was my order lost, but the staff at your restaurant could not locate the details of the paid order, despite my attempts to explain the situation.
Although I understand that I lost my receipt, I did not expect a well-established business to misplace an order, especially one that was paid for in advance. The language barrier also made it difficult to communicate and resolve the issue efficiently, which was frustrating given the urgency of the event.

Read moreThis was a great place for my family to go to for a "little" family dinner. We had about 15-18 people BUT this place is not that big, just an FYI. They made it work and quick service.
The place is decently kept clean. There was a slippery substance in the bathroom, might have been soap but might not have been. There was gum under our table and of course I only found out cause it got stuck to my 4 year old.
Not that we could avoid it either but a moth-type insect fell from the ceiling into my oldest son's plate too. He was done from there. I felt bad for him cause he is a growing 11 year old and always chows down when we go out but once he saw that bug in his food, he was not having it and just drank some water and read his book.
OVERALL - the food was good and good portions. The to go containers are the folding chinese food boxes which means some of the portions had to be put into like 3-4 boxes.
