I have to take the time to report my extreme disappointment with this location and their district manager, Silvia. I placed an order on their online order platform via Google maps on the 5th of April. I ordered a meal for $20.50. This stores number is 53987, and it shows on my receipt. I went in to pick up my order, and the cashier stated they didn't have one in their system. I showed him my online receipt, and he said it was a separate location. By this time, I needed to head to work as I was working next door at another retail location. Placed the order here for its convenience. Frustrated, I left and decided that when it was my lunch time at work, I'd go to the separate facility about 3 miles away. When I arrived thier the cashier was friendly and helped me figure out what the location was and confirmed that it was the location, I initially thought it was right next to work. I returned to this location once again, and now my lunch break is near over. Stated it was confirmed that this is the correct location. He again couldn't do anything. Wouldn't refund the amount paid, nor would build the sandwich I ordered. I asked for the manager of the day but nobody was there. He stated he would give my number to them and have them call me. I said I'd follow up as well. No leader of this establishment ever reached out. Only when I submitted an online message to Subway did I get a generic response that the district manager would talk to the team about my negative experience. She never offered to refund me or give an option to take care of the meal I paid for and never got. I responded twice after asking for help in getting something resolved. She has not responded as of today over 2 weeks later. I hope someone will reach out to me now to help get my refund for this horrible experience. Read moreI ordered online through the app and selected a 6 inch sandwich and made it a meal. On the drink option I selected a 20 oz coca cola bottle drink, when I went to the restaurant to pick up my sandwich I saw there was a fountain drink cup in my bag. I mentioned to the associate Nancy that I had ordered the bottle drink, and she checked my receipt. Magaly the manager came out from the back of the store and said that I ordered the fountain drink . I explained that I did not order the fountain drink again and the manager Magaly pointed out that she had an issue with me previously when I ordered online and in front of other customers she said that I put in a complaint against her and her manager talked to her about the order and said that Magaly was right and I was wrong. I told her that I wanted the bottle and that I wouldn't mind paying the difference for the bottle if she could refund me and order it up again , however she said that she couldn't do the refund in store. I went to the app and could not cancel the order because my only options were contacting the store directly. After I told her that she took my receipt and voided the transaction and went to the back again. I spoke to nancy and apologized about the confusion and asked her to ring me up for the correct soda. I asked her the price for a small fountain drink and she said it was $2.89, versus the bottled drink is 2.99, and I said that the price was different so how could I have ordered the fountain drink. She printed out a separate receipt , I'm assuming the ticket that says what is on the order, in the drink section it had 2 bottles. Nancy was very sweet and ended up helping me in the end. Me and my wife came in to order food at 2 in the morning. The girl working the counter was upset that I got confused about ordering meat for a protein bowl since now they covered the meat section with a metal sheet. You can’t physically see what meats they have anymore.
My wife asked the girl for more jalapeños on her sandwich, she gave us a bad attitude and only threw three little jalapeños on her sandwich.
I asked for the new cheese breadstick they’re advertising and the girl told me didn’t have the bread in stock. I asked for a churro instead and got served a raw piece of churro that was barely cooked.
I asked for a medium soda and she said their soda machine wasn’t working so I had to buy a overpriced bottled drink instead.
We were going to eat in but the girl rudely told us we can only order food to go. My wife asked her what her problem was, and she only had a smirk on her face. Then proceeded to follow us out the door as she locked the door behind us.
They used to be 24 7 with decent service but now they just serve bad food and kick you out if you order past...
