Since my original post I've visited the establishment at least another 10-12 times and out of those 8 times including today they've messed up over half my families orders. They do make the items over again but that usually requires that I drive all the way across town waste gas and my time the revisit them to correct the order. I mean yes I can check my order before I leave but that's not my job. It's their job to make my food that I paid for the way I want it, and I should be able to trust them to do their job right. 1 out 8 of those remakes on my orders I actually had to pay for part of because I didn't bring the item back immediately. The Taco Bell in my previous city would not only remake your items but also compensate my family with extra items and drink, which is the right thing to do since we wasted time, gas and dinner with our family to return to the store. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell, I'll either find another one or completely switch to Taco Cabana for future business.

21 June 2022 update, family wanted Taco bell so we risked this last week twice actually. Same as before messed up my order then messed up the replacement order and to compensate that they had me come in wast more gas which is at 4.50 a gallon right now just to give me the right item for once and then given me these make up tickets which oh yeah you have to buy something then it gives you a basic taco...Taco.... yeah ok.... then went to Taco bell again a few days later thinking no way in hell can they mess up this consecutively and in such close dates from each other but no I was wrong they did. I decided to go here for my lunch break and I used the Taco Bell app to “skip the line!” and selected “pick up at counter”. It said my order would be done at 1:40. I pulled up and there were cars in a line wrapped around the building. I walk to the door to pick my order up at the counter, doors locked. I get it with COVID they closed the lobby but my order is ready so I try knocking on the door to see if they can just hand it to me, no one comes to the door. So whatever I’ll wait in line and get it through the drive thru window. I wait 15 minutes just to get to the drive thru intercom and I explain that my food has already been ready for 15 minutes. “Ok just pull up” No offer to just come out and hand it to me like literally any other busy fast food drive thru. I wait another 10 minutes behind two cars and I’m now late on my lunch break. It’s 2:10 when I get to the window and I ask the girl how the app is supposed to work if I just have to go through the drive thru anyway and why no one could just take a few seconds to hand me my order. With an attitude she tells me “cus we only got 3 people here”... After 30 minutes I finally have my order. I get to work and open my food and it’s now cold AND the order was wrong. Been going to this Taco Bell since about 2019. At first I felt that this was better than the one in Schertz (it’s a KFC/Taco Bell and those always taste really bad and lack items) so I preferred the Cibolo one. It was good for awhile, but as of recent it’s been horrible service and employees with an attitude. It’s fast food, I don’t expect expert service but you could at the very least pretend to be nice. You get tacos without sparsely laid ingredients, and they are always really wet and sticking to the paper for some reason. I got a few tacos with almost nothing inside! It’s not a rare occurance. Lastly, Taco Bell has finally brought back their best ever menu item the Mexican Pizza. When I tried to order it, the employee very rudely informed me that their particular store will still be discontinuing that item. That was it for me. Any other Taco Bell is superior to this one, I would stay away. Every other Taco Bell I’ve been to, in the Schertz areas and also in the airport area does have the Mexican Pizza. This one has just changed drastically over the last few years, and they are being extra useless by not bringing back a menu item that all the others have. That’s...
