Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Cibolo

Went in to pick up a delivery order Sunday 10/27/24 around 3 PM. Had to wait a couple of minutes for them to finish with the customer they were currently on, no big deal there at all. Told them I was there to pick up an order then proceeded to watch them make sandwiches for 3 other families before they even started on mine. The last family literally walked in the door 10 minutes after I was waiting and they still made their sandwiches before they started my customers order. I'm a pretty patient nice person unless I'm being discriminated against them I get a bit hot. I let them know that it was messed up what they did to me and I don't get paid to wait for food. Now if they were really busy I could understand that, it happens in restaurants but that wasn't the case if they are making people's orders who came in 10 minutes after I started waiting. I told them it was messed up what they did and that we get nothing to wait. The girl came over and said the ticket said some time which is probably your lead time in case your super busy, y'all weren't. So all I got was excuses and then some that worked there started saying "bye" to where everyone in the restaurant could hear him very rude and very very very unprofessional. How about y'all just do the orders in the order they come in to avoid confusion and making delivery drivers wait more than they should. This was not my food these are your customers too, they want their food in a timely manner just like your in store customers, making me wait this making them wait longer for no reason at all is totally unacceptable. I will be emailing and calling...

I have never had a bad experience at Jersey Mike's until today. I have been to every Jersey Mike's in the San Antonio area, so I was excited that one open down the street from my house. Yesterday I walked in a was greeted but ignored for about 5 minutes while I watch to employees going back a forth about staying later. I was confused because there were about 8 employees in my vision why is one taking my order? Everyone just look at me and then did something else. Finally the guy who was going back and forth with the other employee comes from the back and takes my order. I order a Philly to go and then pay. Keep in mind I've been to JM a lot so I know how long it should take. Listen, I have never waited 30 minutes at a JM before for a Philly (That's crazy btw). I get my sub and go home. I unwrapped it to eat with my family and my 3 yr Old says to me " you got a hotdog Daddy?" To cap off the disappointment my sandwich look like a hotdog. The sandwich wasn't fill properly and felt like the gave me scraps of the other people's sandwich because a couple of people were waiting for hot sandwiches. I wish I could upload the Pic of the sandwich so you could see it. Finally get a JM of this side of town and it's the worst experience I have ever had there. Tragic! Taste was kind there but the sub was mostly bread and felt cheated with the portions. It was a definite waste of time and money. My recommendation drive to Dezavala or Bandera or skip...

Cibolo Texas, I have been a loyal customer of Jersey Mike’s for years. However, I drove a ways for my purchase, it was worth it.. They open one new me a few months ago, it has me wondering, when will they get it together.. I purchased a tuna sandwich about a month Aton, the bread was hard, and one side of the sandwich had very little tuna on it at all.. I asked for extra tuna, willing to pay extra, the manager told me it would be 2 dollars extra, I agreed. The young lady told me she was out of tuna, she gave me all she had left, this was before 4 pm… Confused..I r said okay and moved on..

Two weeks late which was Thursday, my son purchased me (3) sandwiches, tuna sandwich, once again, very little tuna on one side of the sandwich with hard bread.. I also purchased a #13, hard bread as well..

They are so short of employees, for hot sandwiches you can wait up to 40 minutes??? Call in orders are just as bad most of the time.. After 4pm is chaos over there!!!

I am trying to be patient with it because of it being anew store, however HELP is needed desperately at...
