Lack of concerned management is very apparent at this location. Employees routinely seem to have the misled-and abide by-, uncorrected, idea that this is a social club. I can understand a quick chat with a customer while you quickly take and complete their order, but it is a waste of the rest of the people in lines time for an employee to forego taking the order-punch into computer, take payment, regular market transaction stuff- and take that time instead to exchange personal accounts of the recent events that occurred with "they man" , as if the interior of of the pizza place became the set of Jerry Springer. Please ,Little Ceasars , understand that you have a mid range product that meets a need, however, your success hinges in speed. I stop because I actually enjoy your pizza, but the main ingredient in that recipe for enjoyment is the time. The time it doesn t take me to prep and bake my own pizza when I buy it from you. "HOT AND READY".You pay.money to have those words printed on a sign to.hang in the window. It is what brought me to the store in the first place. It's what guided my decision to drive past all the other food service places that surround your store. Unfortunately, not long after entering the location, it became clear that I was to be disappointed. And that disappointment quickly turned to disgust. No , as advertised , "Hot and Ready" anything ....but hey, she did take a short second away from not so...
Read moreI had to write a review for the Cibolo Little Cesar's pizza place because there are some very special individuals that work there and they need some recognition. I believe it was 2 or 3 years ago that they started having staffing issues and were always shirt handed and managers from other stores were working there covering shifts. The Hot & Ready's were never hot and ready. I had to call in an order every visit and still had to wait at times. However, their luck changed and they hired a new manager and within a very short amount of time, they has staff and pizzas available on demand. I don't know if it is the leadership if their manager or a collaboration of all involved, but I don't care who answers the phone when I call, or which employee greets me at the counter, every single time I speak with them, I walk away feeling like im gonna have a great day. They are so sweet, accommodating, helpful with thoughts on what to order as well as general conversation about your kids or their kids or whatever they have observed during your short visit! It is always a pleasure to see their smiling faces. They are also very quick to offer the little ones (and big ones) their special Little Cesar cookies whenever they are available. So Kudos to those hard working employees at the Cibolo...
