I’ve always loved subway so when they opened a store here in cibolo i was very excited for the possibilities. typically when a store is new everyone is still in good spirits and the store is usually clean and the service is better. Not the case here. I’ve had more then several issues here at this location, i work in the restaurant industry so im pretty understanding when it comes to mistakes and even occasional attitude due to stress of the job and what not. hense why i kept coming and giving them a chance to be better because i truly believed i was just going in on the wrong days/shifts. But at this point ive had way too many issues and not one has been addressed or taken care of. I’ll go ahead and just list one of my most recent experience in this case so i dont make this too much longer then it already is. a little less then a month ago i went in just to get that 6 inch deal of the day, upon arriving i was met with a bad attitude as soon as i walk up to the line to order. “what do you want” in a rude attitude is the first words the team member spoke to me, moving on i did explain i wanted the deal of the day and he just nodded and started to make my sandwich, once finished he rung me up and it came out to closer to $13. the deal of the day is 6.99 so i asked why it had came out to so much, he had said that i didn’t chose the right sub of the day which i don’t understand because i had asked him what it was and he said it was a tuna that day so that’s why i had ordered it, i look up to see that it was a bmt. at that point i was tired and i had just got off work and didn’t want to argue so i just went with it, i then added 2 cookies for my sister and i, it brought the price up to about $16, i went ahead and handed him a $20 bill. he then put the 20 in the drawer and closed it immediately. i stood there waiting for my change and he looked at me and said “did you need something else” i then responded with “oh yes sorry my change” he then rolled his eyes and sighed and opened the drawer and handed me the $3 he owed me but not any of the change i was owed as well. i had wanted the change back so that i could tip but ended up leaving upset because of the experience i had. i understand it was only $3 and some change but the amount wasn’t the issue the issue i had was him not even offering it and just assuming he would keep it? i wonder how often he does that and gets away with it, it’s definitely unfair to the other employees who have to share tips with him and he’s getting extra by sliding it in the cashiers drawer and probably taking it at the end of the night. i just felt that wasn’t right and sneaky of an employee to do. i hope management sees this and takes some direction to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen. it will be my last time going to...

I just ordered at this location and in my online order I specifically asked for turkey on my BMT instead of ham, I've done this before it's never been a problem but today it was. My sister went in to get our online order we placed 20 minutes prior to showing up and it wasn't ready, so she waited and just let them know about the change on my sandwich in case they missed it. DEB is the name of the lady that was giving her a hard time, apparently it was an up charge to CHANGE, not add, CHANGE one of my meats and she was very rude about it when my sister asked why. She told her that they can't just be adding stuff that it comes out of inventory and that her boss would know and just being rude and then after all that trouble we requested our sauces we wanted on the side so we can put them on ourselves and she just got worse "YALL CANT BE DOING THIS, WE HAVE INVENTORY AND MY BOSS NOTICES THE SAUCES!" just being loud and rude as if we were asking extra sauces, we were just asking for the ones we ordered on the sandwiches on the side. We ended up paying extra for a meat to be substituted so l paid extra to get something taken off of my sandwich and replaced, I think that's just ridiculous and not to mention we ordered online of of course we tipped!!! Absolutely not, I want a refund and to talk to a manager but of course the manager is not in until Monday, that's also ridiculous how can y'all run an establishment without a manager there for DAYS, you're really telling me I can't get in contact with ANY MANAGER until Monday, such BS. Never going here again which is so sad cause it's so close to home but this is at least the 2nd or 3rd time l've been to this location and the service...

I usually enjoy getting the protein bowl at Subway — it’s affordable and satisfying. But my recent visit to this location was extremely disappointing. The staff member making my food was rude, short, and clearly bothered by any requests I made, even basic ones like extra onions or pickles. She seemed to count each item, adding just 2 or 3 pieces, despite me clearly asking for “extra.” Her attitude was cold and borderline hostile.
To make matters worse, she overcharged me, ringing the bowl up for $12.60 when it’s normally $9.69 (confirmed by calling another location). When I returned to address the issue, she casually said, “Oh, we were looking for you — we realized we overcharged.” Yet instead of taking responsibility or offering a comp like many businesses would for their mistake, she refused to do anything beyond giving me the difference in change — all while continuing to be dismissive and defensive.
I even have the interaction recorded because I was so surprised by her behavior.
Subway, I hope you see this review. Good customer service means owning mistakes and treating customers with respect. I won’t be returning to this location unless...
