This is a 1 star review for their Delivery Service on their own app (after 4 delivery orders at this location and talking to their customer service rep and store). Of the first three orders, two of the drivers were not who they said they would be. The fourth order was never delivered to my house. Of the three orders, none of them were delivered on time or within 15 minutes of the time expected delivery. When calling the store to rectify the situation, they couldn’t help. They were useless. When callling their 18006Burger number, they too seemed worthless. They took information and were going to pass it back to the store. They all lacked empathy. Read moreWent here today to grab a bite to eat. I do not mind if they are having work done to the store but they blocked the drive thru with no sign. Went to the front door and it said “closed” I was at the front door and shrugged at an employee watching me from inside hoping for a simple explanation. From the inside locked they pointed at the sign. I had to ask the workers in the parking lot what was going on and why my Cibolo Whataburger was closed at 6pm on a Sunday. I was so excited for my town to finally open this location and Ive only ever been disappointed with each experience.
