Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cicero

I had accidentally placed 2 orders on the Dunkin’ app and went in to see if anyone can help me solve this, the girl at the register told me very rudely no and even went on saying I’m just an employee here. I asked her to repeat what she had just said because I couldn’t believe it and she loudly said “i said I’m just employee here!” Excuse me so as an employee isn’t it your job to help me! Then I go to ask her if I can speak to her manager not knowing that he was right next to her! He says “i am the manager” and tells me we cannot help you! When I’m sure there is something I could have done so after asking him for the 3rd time please is there anything I can do … he goes “call customer service..” I feel like as the manager he should not allow his employees to talk to anyone like that and figure out a way to help the customers out because it is HIS JOB! Especially when I went in there and kindly asked them to help me. Shop manager Abraham is the worst human being possible. Talking about his employee's medical problems to other employees in front of customers!
