La Michoacana Ice Cream Shop — Restaurant in Cicero

I bought a ham torta from here and they gave me a torta with cut up hotdogs in it instead of actual ham. The cheese in the torta looked like it was cut up from a block of white cheese and it wasn't even melted or anything. It literally looked like a struggle sandwhich...i paid for a sandwhich i eat when im broke and there's nothing left. Now onto the next order, i ordered hot chips with melted cheese and the chips were extremely stale and there was barely cheese in it. Now on to the final order, i ordered funnel cake with ice cream and we asked for the ice cream to be delivered separate and it wasnt and the ice cream melted and the funnel cake was so melted there was basically no funnel cake it blended in with the melted icream. We would assume even if we didnt ask to separate it they would use common sense to actually separate it knowing it's summer and this is a delivery order. With all that being said, i really dont recommend on wasting your money at this place. If you feel oh so implied to, at least dont order the items i did....i took pictures of everything but im not sure how to post them on here.

EDIT: I found a way and posted a photo... I also forgot to mention that i don't live too far from this place and it took well over an hour just to deliver these items...highly disappointed...whomever owns this establishment should be ashamed of...

Customer Service & Atmosphere: • Friendly and welcoming staff (depending on who you get, of course). • Clean restaurant & restrooms. • One minor thing—I’m not a fan of how strong the cleaning product smells inside, but hey, at least they keep it spotless!

Parking & Convenience: • Free parking. • Drive-thru makes life easier.

If you are a Mexican who likes spicy snacks don’t come to this place. I bought a bag of Dorilocos (They don’t have Tostilocos) the lady only put cacahuates japoneses, watermelon and cucumber, she put no lime or hot salsa, I have no idea what kind of salsa they use but that salsa they use has no flavor nor is spicy. We Mexicans love limón and salsa Picante but this place doesn’t know that🤷🏻‍♀️ I was so disappointed, I love La Michoacana but not this one, it sucks.
