Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cicero

Brand new location I was super excited to try. Placed an online order, And basically had to beg them for my order which had been just sitting on the counter since i walked in..

The person with me who placed an order at the same time had to wait 20 minutes for their order. And then when asking about it the worker gave all kinds of attitude.

After all of this I arrived back to my car to with my cold order to see they forgot some of my order. So I had to go back in to attempt to get my items. Only to be yelled at by the employee. She asked what was in my order and as I tried to tell her I was missing a side of rice and beans... she cut me off yell ya ya ya.. then proceeded to try to hand me a bean and rice burrito 3 times. I'm not trying to be rude but if you can read the menu maybe don't work there.

Definitely do not recommend go absolutely...

This is the second time I decide to give this Taco Bell a chance. ONCE AGAIN horrible horrible service. After two years it is the same terrible location. I searched on the app for what location had what I wanted, this location showed that it did. I made my order and paid, once I got there I pull up 7:30pm and the receipt said would be ready by 7:29pm the cashier told me to head to the window. 25!!!!! Minutes later she comes out saying they do not have what I ordered if I wanted something different, I paid already I want the difference and they only offered me smaller things. I told her I would cancel the order yet they processed it and now I didn’t receive my food, I got charged and now I have to file a claim to get my money back. A WASTE OF...

I live 3 blocks away from this location and in all honesty out of all the Taco Bell’s I’ve been to this one is great. The staff is super friendly and fast. When they do take a little bit it’s because they are short staffed and have many orders but they still manage to get to everyone immediately. The food always looks great ngl, a lot better than other locations. The place is a little small BUT it’s always super clean! I’ve never had anyone being rude or seen any of the employees give attitude. The only attitude I see is from CUSTOMERS being impatient because they don’t get their food in 2min? Overall...
