Went for take out on Christmas Day. Haven't been here in about 8 years. Last time, I dined in, and was unimpressed. This time, however, I was happily satisfied. Big order (13 total items, about $65 spent on two different orders, for a total of 4 adults), and less wait time from placing the order to pick up and walk out with food in hand. Busy, busy, busy. Takeout area was packed with delivery drivers for at least 3 major food apps. They were kind, and welcoming while they waited for their orders. They were also very understanding when I got my order and left before a bunch that had been waiting before I had even arrived. They accept credit cards, and have good operating hours even on Christmas Day! Pricing was decent and not too high. They had great Tofu Pad Thai (now my 2nd choice after Thai Express). Only issue we had was one item (out of 13) was wrong: we got white rice instead of fried rice. If I had caught it before I left, they'd have fixed the error, but I didn't notice before I got home. The person who got it was mildly irritated, but ate the white rice happily anyway. Parking was a madhouse (on Christmas Day around 6:30p, with food app people waiting on multiple food orders, who'd have thought it?), but still manageable. Definitely recommend, and will definitely go again. I want to try dine in again sometime soon, because it sure looks like it's a sight better than it was 8 years ago. The people leaving the dining area looked very happy as they were exiting, so that's always...

The cute girl with the glasses and short hair, that's worked there for a few years ,should get a raise or at least some acknowledgment! I was originally going to write a review about something negative that happened tonight with the restaurant, but she made me see things a little different and be more understanding and forgiving about my experience. Not only with my experience tonight, just explaining where the manager was coming from even if I didn't agree with how the manager handled things... but I've also seen her work very hard and quickly when i used to doordash and grub hub over the years as well! She never mixed up the orders and was always very fast and got us out the door to keep the line from being long.always very polite and helpful anytime I've ever seen her! She is the reason I would consider coming back after my experience tonight and Ive witnessed her being a very wonderful hard worker numerous times in the past few years! Keep doing a great job, sorry I don't know her name 😔 Also can all the college kids in Clifton stop b.s.ing and trying to get free food from little places like this. That way if a customer really does have an issue with their order, the manager isn't so suspicious or Leary about replacing or refunding when there actually is an...

I ordered the seafood bird nest and got chicken shrimp and imitation crab for $15 although the guy at the front desk said it was all seafood. I live all the way in Covington and came to Cincinnati to get food and was highly disappointed. I specifically said I wanted something vegetarian and he specifically said fish, shrimp and scallop was in this dish. I’m so tired of these restaurants getting away with making food for the public any kind of way. The seafood birds nest had no fish at all only shrimp, imitation crab and chicken. I want my money back. I was so hungry and couldn’t even eat it because I don’t eat meat. Somebody needs to call me and give me a free meal or give me my money back. You try to support these restaurants and they can’t even get your order right. I need a manager to call me give me my money back or give me the meal I asked for. Also what’s going on with the fried rice. It was cooked with soy sauce and carrots, no onions no peas no flavor. When does bleached white rice ever qualify as fried rice. Everybody don’t eat soy sauce soaked rice. I’d like to control my own sodium thank you. This food is no longer a healthy option it’s Americanized to...

Cincinnati Day Trip/Half-Day Itinerary: Top Recommendations for Food, Fun, and Shopping

I recently visited this cozy, nice little spot. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with just the right amount of lighting to create a nice ambiance. One of the highlights of the evening was the incredibly affordable prices for alcoholic beverages. As for the food, it was decent overall, with a few standout dishes. I particularly enjoyed the eggplant, which was cooked to perfection. However, I was a bit disappointed with the beef tendon, which was a bit too hard for my liking. I was also expecting an Asian-style hamburger made with steamed bread, but it was instead served on a regular hamburger bun from Walmart. And unfortunately spicy cucumber was out of stock. Overall, the experience was pleasant, and I would recommend this spot to others looking for a cozy place with plenty of parking and affordable drinks

Ordered Empress Chicken and received some unidentifiable meat. I complained and was told that’s the way Chinese chicken looks. LOL! I’ve had Chinese food all over the USA, Japan, Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Spain and I’ve never seen chicken like this. It looks like year old dried beef with surrounded by pork fat. I’ve(accidentally) eaten a certain domestic pet in Japan and I was still afraid to eat this. Instead of refunding my money, they offered to send another one. NO THANKS! Didn’t want that and would have to be insane to accept anything else from China Food
