12/16/2017 I've recently had worst dinner experience in my life at this restaurant. My family and i have eaten at this restaurant for years and was shocked when a waitress responded by cursing my family for tipping her in all change. My bill was $50 plus i paid by credit . I had alot of change this day from Christmas shopping so it equalled roughly about $14 in all. So i left the change and when the waitress comes to the table to remove the plates she said " If you wasn't going to leave a fu..... tip you shouldn't have ate here or got your food to go. Without even noticing nor counting the amount or even being grateful that my family spent money in this establishment at all. Then she proceeded to cuss my wife because my wife told her to look on the table you haven't even counted to see how much it is in total. My children was present and im trying to get the waitress to stop using profanity and talking so loudly. So we proceed to leave and then another waitress come out of nowhere and brings another bill saying this is an unpaid bill for you to pay. My bill had already been paid for about 5mins prior. So i show my receipt then she backs down. We proceed to leave then the manage comes in the door from smoking a cigarette to ask whats the problem and i tell him the waitress and the cashier seems to be having an issue today. Harsh profanity in front of children and other guests the blayton disrespect for customer service. I hope the owner sees this and do...

I have been eating at this place for 10 years they moved across the street I was mad because the food taste so good and my children love Gyros some people say they sale Gyros but not like Chicago's Gyros they have company's that doesn't have the same taste. My wife craved Gyros with all three of our kids that why it's late we live across town but will drive where ever they move to I'll die if they close down I will have to take a loan out to keep this place open because we have to have it 5-8 times a month feeding a family 5 me and my wife have to have two a piece we order 7 Gyros each time we go there so we can't live without our Gyros from Chicago's we love it we gotta have our Gyros we just placed our order kids have there PJ on ready to eat gotta go can't talk mouth is watery we all ready I don't have worry about the kids making a mess we eat it all service is great I wish we can eat it every day my wife always say that every time we go there nothing but smiles. I'm proud that we can depend on great service and excellent food when our out of town family comes to Cincinnati to visit everybody happy. Thanks for putting your Gyros on Map when...

Came in on Black Friday for some take out and OH MY GOODNESS was it the best choice! We stopped in while visiting family for the holiday and we will be back the next time we visit! Vickie (Cheeze) was THE BEST. Her smile was there from second one. She made every single one of us (6 people) laugh, and feel confident in what we ordered. She triple checked every order and clearly loves where she works. The whole team was having a blast and joked with all of us. I would come back just for Cheeze but luckily the food is good enough that I’d be back for it too! The sandwiches were all perfectly messy, the tzatziki was perfectly garlicky and fresh, the fries had the perfect crunch. The hotdogs were perfectly snappy and the bright green relish on the Chicago dog was exactly what our Chicagoan member needed after a long trip for the holiday. Our whole group left smiling, and laughing, just to be sent off from the parking lot with waves and well wishes from Vickie.

The perfect place to stop in when you want hot, delicious food, served by people who are...

Stopped by on the recommendation from a coworker On a Sunday after visiting my uncle in hospital near by. Pull right in the rear for quick parking (had parking designated for Chicago dogs customers) walked up steps right into the smell of heaven. The place is cool & pretty laid back but I’m not here for the look I’m here for that smell. Placed my order after gazing over their menu board but I knew what I wanted. Service was A1 and my food was server fast and piping hot. All I can say is I’m glad I don’t live in Cincinnati cause I’d be 400 pounds cause I’d eat there everyday.

This is a classic super well-known casual Greek style restaurant in the University district. I've been having the super Greek salad here regularly for more than 20 years. The super Greek salad is large and has lots of meat and cheese on it. The restaurant is a nice environment to dine in-- lots of exposed brick and natural wood. It's generally medium crowded. It's also easy to carry out from here. There is a private room in back which is available to rent for small parties.

Dinner visit. Pleasant campus atmosphere. Affordable if a bit overpriced. Gyro meat is tender, lacking a bit in characteristic char lent by the doner (spit). The chicken is delicious. The falafel is delightfully crispy, missing the kick of fresh cilantro (from a box?) Extremely run of the mill fries ruin the great sandwiches. The portion sizes are generous, unless you ordered falafel. The service is kind and casual. Worth a visit. Dine in rather than ordering out.
