I don’t normally post reviews, but after my Hot Mat Pilates class with instructor, Grace L., I feel compelled. First, upon entering the energy was so upbeat and welcoming. The studio was clean organized and honestly just beautiful. The locker room was so well appointed. And the studio itself is amazing!!! The class with Grace L…… She is an incredible instructor!!! She motivates, inspires and teaches and truly encourages everyone in the class to put forth their best efforts. Even when my body was screaming to quit, Grace’s words and energy pushed me through. It was my first time coming to the studio in a couple years and the welcoming wasn't the warmest... no biggie. The studio was clean, spacious. The workout was awesome! She definitely delivered on that! However at the end when the cool down was over, a person came in to lay the cooling towel on our foreheads, I was the first person in the back row, she puts the bin down near my feet, she skipped me and starts with the person on my left. After sometime I start thinking just get it yourself and she finally puts one on my forehead. It didn't set...
