disgusting behavior from this establishment. i ordered a 20 piece buffalo chicken wing with mac and cheese on the phone and when it arrived, they told me that it was good. i called and then when my coworker came, the wings were dry as a bone, looks like they came out the freezer and felt like it too. no buffalo sauce. and they had the nerve to upcharge to swap a side of fries for max and cheese in a tiny container. i called and asked them to remake the wings and they were completely rude and brushed me off. after finally convincing them, my co-worker went to return them. when he arrived, they said that they were unable to because we had eaten some already. what? you literally told me on them to bring it back. overall horrible experience here and unless i would either receive full compensation, refund, or a new order of wings would never ever return there. This was my first experience at the Hook Fish and Chicken on Linn St Cincinnati, Ohio.

I'm gonna to be nice, but I prefer the experience of the Hook Fish and Chicken on Reading Road in Bond Hill Cincinnati, Ohio. Just about 10 minutes away by i 75

The food had similar taste but the portions were different.

Normally I get a large size but this time I ordered a small size and it has a different portion then Hook Fish & Chicken in Bond Hill Cincinnati

They had my favorite Oreo mousse cake so that was a plus, but I didn't like the packaging for my tilapia meal.

Now I'm not sure if they have the same owner but you can tell that there's something different.

Overall I'm glad I tried this Hook Fish and Chicken but I will continue to patronize the Bond Hill location no matter where I am at when I'm back...

Some out of towners who arrived in the neighborhood for a place to stay so we could watch the woman’s national soccer team play. Hook Fish & Chicken stood out as a beacon on our walks to and from downtown for what we knew would be fantastic food. On a particular night the neighborhood felt alive with folks saying hi to us as we walked by. Feeling like a welcomed part of the community even if for our brief stay we decided to give the restaurant a try! We were greeted with kind smiles as we entered.
