While I did have an order mix up, the food was, as always, PERFECT.

I called in an order and they told me it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. So by the time I'd arrived, I paid and was handed my bag. Only problem? I'd ordered (or meant to order) three sandwiches, not just two. So paid for another and they speedily got the last one together for me.

While their classic Reuben on it's on is pretty spectacular, hubby and I are crazy about their goetta reuben.....because GOETTA! This sandwich also comes with a thicker (maybe ciabatta?) style bread (instead of the usual more sandwich style bread).

Hubby and I frequently share a sandwich (which comes with one potato pancake) and order one extra potato pancake. I like to ditch the bread and replace it with pancake because I'm just wild like that. lol

The food was good ..we liked that they put a pickle dish on the table ...it was a bit of a wait but it appeared to be a little busy ..what threw me for a loop was when my husband Went up to ask for quarters (we needed to refill the meter for the car ) she said not without a purchase and turned her back to him ..I found this very rude ..some one behind the counter told her they are waiting on there food still my husband went out to another location for these quarters so that we would not get a ticket for parking..I could hear them going back and forth on it...she Did come up to us an apologize before we left and said she didn't know we were eating there... I hope that they take away from this that you should not just assume... Ask are you eating here? Because this interaction has put a bad taste in my mouth to this restaurant now. Whether 90% of the people that ask are customers or not its the decent...

Horrible experience! We walk in the restaurant and two tables are occupied with two people at each table so they weren't busy. There is menu's on the tables so we take a seat and wait. After 5 minutes goes by I stood up and walked to the counter and the lady says are you eating in? I said yes so she says we'll wait on you. A guy finally comes out and takes our drink order, the food comes and according to the menu the Rueben is piled high with corned beef. The picture I took tells a different story. Then my girlfriend gets the half sandwich with beef barley soup, the soup had ONE PIECE of meat and ONE PIECE of potato. Clearly this place is more concerned about making money versus taking care of the customer. I spent $29.06 on a small sandwich and potato pancake and a half sandwich and another potato pancake plus a couple of pops. See receipt. I won't make this...
